Create an ID if you do not have one by clicking REGISTER FOR UCARD CENTER. Once you know you have a working ID and Password, open the app and log in! If you have any problems, please email snapsupport@rfinder.net.
If you have a Puerto Rico or Montana EBT card, PLEASE contact us at snapsupport@rfinder.net as we are trying to create apps for these and need test users!

ITW Balance Checker for UCard lets registered users log in and view their balance quickly with just a PIN# they set up.

Excellent app. It works very well with the Washington State benefits program. The one time I called for technical support, I was pleasantly surprised when someone answered right away "no recording" and I was helped immediately. These guys are for real.

I have 2 cards for the ucard center......childsupport and snap...I tried creating two accounts but the program wont let me. But this is a great idea. Especially when I run out of times to call balance and not around a computer.

"Itwerks" no it does not "werk" on this LG G2, Chase mobile banking app doesn't even work with the card. Either ask for Bob to help or use the Chase website.

Why so many 5 stars??? This app has only worked for me a couple of times. I have uninstalled it several times and it keeps saying I have entered information incorrect.

Worked fine for months but now it's saying there's a problem logging in to visit the ucard website. I have no problem logging into the site even reset my password like the app requested and it still won't login. Pls fix it's a really great app when it's working!
