Won't let me log in even though I can on the website. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Still Site Error. Removing again. I guess the regular site is fine.

I was so excited that there was an app to check my Balance. But i am disappointed because it will not let me log on!

I was unable to use it. There was a continued site error message and I looked at the reviews and I checked my online account it works fine so I'm not sure shat may be the problem.

Been trying to login for ages i kept installing and uninstalling n its still telling me site error.

I must agree with most ratings. YES it's a FREE site but that doesn't mean we should be treated any different and I'm sure your still getting paid for this app so therefore you need to get things together and put up a running app. I Do not have any problems logging into my online edge account, this app is the only thing giving me a problem is keep saying site error. So therefore until a newer version that works comes out I DO NOT suggest this app.

I use to love this app , but the last ten times I have tried to use it , I can't get it to work , I have uninstalled it twice and reinstalled it and it still doesn't work

I was about to leave a real nasty review until I patiently waiting and tried it again. It works perfectly!! The information that you all are giving about the website being down is reasoning for not being able to use this app is false. I haven't been able to login to the website in months but I'm successful in doing it here. Thanks you guys!!!

I downloaded it and all it says is site error my wife posted on here in december and i try in may to redownload the app and it says site error

I enter in all of my info and tapped continue and all it keeps saying is "SITE ERROR". would have loved to give this app a try for my convenience and a better rating. I'm disappointed in this outcome.

Super easy, straight to the point, log in and see your account Balance and list of transactions. Doesn't get any better, and YOU DON'T HAVE TO CALL THE CARD!!! and listen to a computer!! Brilliant!

I installed this app and it did its purpose PLUS jammed my phone! Made everything freeze to were my phone wouldn't even function! Even had my phone provider look at my phone and say it was this app that was messing my phone up!!!

I didn't even use the app, but I'm uninstalling because of how rude the reply person is to the customers who have a problem. The reviews in here are so potential downloader can see other people's experiences with it. If nobody is allowed to comment the bad things, then this app would be falsely advertised. And it seems most people have the same problem. You can't get people to download your app by basically putting out a false image of it. I'm uninstalling, thanks.

How can anyone check their balance when the website is always down and this app runs off the website. Plus from the app why do I have to enter my 16 digest card number every time I want to check my balance. I think in the last year I have only been able to get on site 1 time. Thought this app would help/ be better, it's not!! VERY UNHAPPY!! Someone really needs to fix the website really getting tired of seeing site error.
