Balance 4 SNAP and EBT

I have used this app in the past with no issues and loved it. It was fast, convenient and reliable. However, due to reinstalling it on a new phone and having the same log in issue as some other posters, perhaps consider fixing this? I did see you express your frusteration at some users with the lack of emailing you first. I did send an email only to recieve an error stating the address was incorrect. If you could perhaps update your contact information and fix this log in bug it would be greatly appreciated

This app is a simple, easy to use way to track your benefits on the go. You log in through your state's EBT website, and then set a pin for easy access in the future. I've seen a lot of really dumb people post that you're giving out your EBT pin, don't let their stupidity deter you. The pin the app asks you to set is separate from your card and is how you log into the application.

Worked great for a while..now every time I try to log in I get an error. App is no longer usable due to constant Errors when logging in. Thought it was just a one time thing, however, I get the error every single time I try to log in. Deleting from my phone...

Sent a email to the address you have and it was returned as undeliverable. How are we to ask questions if your account address is wrong or no longer valid? Smh, off to a bad start. Also, i have seen the replys from ITWERKS and im very dissapoinyed by the way some of the replys are sarcastic. Really? So I noticed a few comments regarding a pin. They are not asking for the pin number for your card. It's a pin number so if anyone opens the app they can't see you private info. It can be any 4 digit number other than card pin

I was looking for an app like this to track my benefits. I was excited when I read the description and, admittedly, a little bummed out when I found out it wasn't available in Texas. On the plus side, it said in bold capital letters that it wasn't available in Texas. In the "read more" section it explains why. Can't fault an app for Texas being slow on the tech front.

A person is better off keeping their last receipt with the balance on it. This app works sporadically at best. It acts like you changed your password or something else. Sick of its issues. Deleting this app.

Hardly ever works. Constantly says error, check something something in app settings and it's always correct, it's getting really old!!!!! I'm about to delete this app n just go back to old way to check balance if you don't fix this problem......

I liked it because it was a lot easier than calling my card. I have the NET ebt card and just found the app Fresh EBT and love it because I can link multiple cards/accounts to it for govt assistance. It also shows places around you that accept EBT. If you want basic and have only one card then this is the app for you but anyone like me who has multiple then I would get the Fresh EBT app.

I think you have outdated information for my state. I tried emailing you but it bounced back. I'll keep your 5 stars for now, presuming we can make it work.

I love this app it's awesome. Don't have to always call my card to check the balance just go to the app and it saves me tons of time. Wished all apps were like this

I need to agree with some of the others here. The screen shots dont show the part of the set up where it plainly asks for card number and your CARDS pin number before it ever askes you to set up a log in name and ap pin. There should be no reason for this. seems suspicious to me. The state web site doesnt even ask for the card pin. Its only ever used for purchases and withdrawals.

Please use caution when entering your information here because it might be stealing it. There's no reason it needs your pin. NEVER GIVE OUT YOUR PIN!!

This app worked great for a while, then it just quit working. Every time I try to login it says error. This really needs to be fixed.

I find that sometimes the app won't let me log in, and sometimes it's said my online info might have changed, but it hasn't. For being finicky but good, you gt 4 stars.

EVERY time i try and log in it says i need to authenticate my email and that i only need to do it once which is not true. Plus when i check the email it sloses the instance where i need to enter said code thus making it so i have to get another code. This is unacceptable and makes this app one of the biggest pos's i habe personally tried to use.

I'm only giving this 2 stars for now, because I'm not sure if the problem is with this app, or Chase...but...Every. Single. Time I need to log into the app now, it requires an authentication code on top of my PIN to log in. By the time I press "home" to check my email, enlarge the code so I can read it and copy it, then get back to the app itself, either it's timed out and requires ANOTHER code, or it won't let me paste the code I just got into the box. The whole idea of this app was specifically to avoid this mess! Because of repeated code fails, I got locked out of my SNAP account until I can call their Customer Support number on Monday. If this is Chase's issue, then my apologies. but what's the point in having a log-in PIN if we still have to ALSO enter a ginormous multi-number code as well?

Not only did it stop working, I emailed the developer and it came back as a non working email address.

This is the wost app yet. Cant log in always getting error and its a waste of time trying to use it . cant email or contact anyone for help . emails go to cant deliver n r returned .

This app is very useful. Works fine and no need to call the 800 number or check online. Fast login and easy and simple. The UI could use more work. Wish it gives more info then just how much is left on card.

the app doesnt work in ny right now for some reason oh and for all u ppl that use this app the pin is the same that is for ur card i have the same pin for my card and on the app so there u have it folks

Will not let me check my card balance Im in state of Missouri

It was working, but has recently logged me out. Second time, error message unable to find my information or account. So I reinstalled it. Hope it works.

This app is perfect I use it all the time. Have not had any problems from the app. I recommend this app for those who receives Public Assistants.

It initialized for 2 minutes then a error message popped up before I could put any of my information in.

DOESN'T WORK. I'VE TRIED THIS APP MORE THAN 10 TIMES AND STILL CAN'T GET INTO IT. NEVER PASSED THE SIGN IN PART. ALWAYS SAYING I NEED TO CHANGE PASSWORD AND SEE IF I CAN SIGN IN ON REGULAR SITE AND I CAN BUT STILL NOT ON THIS APP. DON'T INSTALL IF U LIVE IN MICHIGAN CUZ IT DON'T WORK. SAVE A HEADACHE.

Does what they say it does. Any and all information is there at your fingertips. Easy to keep track of spending.

I have had this app for awhile and it has worked fine until recently. Now every time I try to check my balance it won't let me. Uninstalling and trying different app.
