It Doesn't Seem Legit To Me....My Gut Says To Uninstall The App..Sorry If You Don't Have Appreciation For Honesty...

The app has been broken for months now. Gets an error everytime you try to view your statement. Gave them plenty of time to fix this, but it's been multiple months now and apparently they don't care about fixing the app. Bob do you really need me to be more specific with all these tons of people all making the same complaint that the app is broken? It was finally fixed for a bit after being broken for months but now it won't log in. It says error logging in, and goes back to log in screen.

Works correctly now. Statements show properly. Pending purchases immediately. SSA was the problem not the app.

It was working till the last couple of days. I don't know if its the website or this app.

App works fine. Direct Express site needs to improve there connection problems.

Can no longer access my account the pin wont work and resetting it didnt help .

I can't get it to let me in it keeps telling me my pass word is wrong

The whole reason for downloading it is because I wanted to see my account history but the year only goes up to 2015. So unless you come up with an updated version, I guess I won't be keeping it. That sucks.

My ex husband registered an old card of mine before we got divorced with out telling me, and now I can't use the app or the online page because I don't know what the login info is and I don't know what email he used... please cancel my purchase of the app and REFUND the cost... I bought it less than 10 minutes ago and it won't let me go through the steps to get a refund... NOT happy at ALL!

Login once than ever time after just pin perfect way better than going to the website and having to load pages to get to what u want......This is an A1 app and i strongly recommend it to everyone who has a account with Direct Express

As of 2016 you can't review transactions

Umm I would like to be able to check my statements for 2016.. ??? What is going on????????

App works great and is a quick way to monitor my account, as opposed to logging in on the website. As of 2016, can't check statement. Please fix this. Thanks.

I was hesitant to download and pay for this app. To my surprise it's awesome!! I love being able to quickly check my balance. Thank you so much!!

I rarely buy apps, but I know needed one to check my son's account. I have a horrible memory when it comes to passwords (I have too many) and I can't always use my husband's computer to look @ the account...so I broke down and got this app, and heck yeah I'm so happy with it! All I have to use is my pin and poof there's the account info! Yep great buy! I don't even care that my phone wouldn't display statement pictures...I kinda know where the money is spent...who needs a statement! 5*'s! Ty Ty :)

Thanks for making an app that let's me check my balance. Now I don't have to call or use my PC and load multiple pages. Even let's me check my balance on the go!

Can't remember my log in for the direct express website so I can't log in here and the website won't send me what I need to redo my password and stuff

I have 2 direct express accounts is there any way that I can see both of the accounts

What happened? Stopped working not recognizing my pin!

US Direct Express has a free app that is user friendly and better looking. 4 digit pin allows access to account balance as well as your entire account business. Set alerts and manage your account, and did I mention it's free?

The only thing I can do is check my balance. Everytime I go to check the statement it says the the access is forbidden

Non stop errors

You can't get transaction history.. all you get is balance. When you try to access history you are taken to a page that gives a statement saying access has been forbidden. You are unable to delete your info. So you have just given up your all account info to these bozos. DON'T DO IT, DON'T DO IT, DON'T DO IT, DON'T DO IT, DON'T DO IT!

I can no longer view transactions. Please fix. Otherwise would be 5 stars
