Too much bloatware, apps I don't want installed, apps instantly installed I didn't give permission to install, apps I don't ever use installed. STOP THIS NOW!!! This is exactly why I HATE VERIZON'S SERVICE NOW.PRICES ALSO TO HIGH!! Don't put any more apps instantly installed on my phone with any other apps without getting my permission first!!! Is this clear NOW???

Do not need to take up memory with apps I don't want or use. That should be a choice not mandatory. Would rather use the space for something I find useful. Memory all taken by things you can't delete and never use!

Verizon was very thoughtful nd put this app on my phone. At first I used all the time. Not so much now but still useful to me.

If I didn't think it would destroy my phone I'd get rid of almost all of them

The other apps u have imposed upon us say, "u spoke we listened." Well it's been 2 years and u still have not listened. This app has a 2.6 rating, and also says in the about section of this app to "download from the play store,". Is this for non-verizon customers because I don't see where we EVER had the choice to download if we wanted to. All the added apps I don't use on a phone made for Verizon that I can't even use an SD card on. Brilliant Verizon. Thrilled with my 9 GB of memory.

Every time I go to the Verizon store for help employees take my phone & add stuff & update stuff I don't want or need -- all WITHOUT my permission. Not a good way to train your employees. Been a customer 16 years but Guess What??? My contract is up & I'm looking elsewhere. Tired of all the crap apps you put on new phones, as is everyone. Tired of your employees screwing up my phone. Just tired of the BS Verizon. Apparently this is what 16 years loyalty gets a person. Thanks...NOT!!

widget randomly displays not connected for no apparent reason. Usage isn't updated frequently enough even for Verizon standards. Please fix I love the ability to see at least what you say I'm using. Thank you

I have apps on my phone that say they are NOT compatible with my device. What good are they? I can't uninstall them. I can't even rate them. They give me error messages when I try. What good are apps like these that we don't want? Just to track us and spy on us.

It's ridiculous that you impose your app, let me give an advise so we don't hate you more. TAKE IT OUT ASAP, IT'S USELESS ! AND Gives YOU POOR RATE for the offense,. You have no respect for the client's choices. I give you zero!

You removed a very useful app, without my permission and replaced it with this crap, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, TWICE!!!! I have been with this company for 19 years!!! As soon as my contract is up, I am done with it!!!! I can only hope more people follow suit. I would love to see verizon OUT OF BUSINESS because you treat your customers like crap! Replace my original app and stop forcing your garbage on us!!!!

Verizon needs to stop adding trash to the phone I paid a lot of money for.... if the phone was free I would be OK but new s5 is not to keep the trash where it belongs... back in Verizon headquarters

Please provide us a way to uninstall this application. I didn't install it and I don't appreciate it being installed without my approval. Bad, bad use of MY phone!

We purchased insurance on both our phones, when my gf s stopped working they said we had none, excuse me phone calls are recorded they said they were going to pull it but obviously they don't record

I'm so sick of you, Verizon, for forcing your apps/widgets on us jus because your my carrier! Not everyone needs all of your crappy memory-sucking apps/widgets!

So true what many say. We pay for the phone i dont care if its verizon att or anything else i should be able to at least delete the verizon apps i dont want. My phone has so many apps i never use but i cant delete them.

Bloatware. Came with the phone. Couldn't get rid of it if I wanted to. This app seems relatively useful however. It would be more useful if they got rid of that silly "Info" button and just added a data usage button instead.

But just in spite of the bloat ware I'll contribute to the blot on your name until this bloatware is removed from my phone

Verizon you are lucky I don't have issues with coverage, it's the only reason why I haven't left yet, but nonsense like this app needs to stop. We can't even un-install, wack!

If you need to log into you're reg web browser why do you need this app waste if space and you can't even pay you're bill etc.. So after paying top $$ they should at least have better app ..

Now the app wants me to "create an account" to see said data usage. Yeah, no, the old system worked fine. Bring it back.

I find it hard to believe ANYONE would rate this 5 stars. Those ratings seem a bit suspicious to me.

My phone is strictly for recreational purposes. I can't bash the app,complain or deplete stars for unnecessary reasons. I just want this one and all the other Verizon apps off my phone.The uninstalled off.not reset to the factory version. This phone stays home...I have no use for all these things...

Any and all bloatware like this needs to go. If people want an app, they'll get it themselves. This is utterly ridiculous and useless. I don't like apps that I neither need nor want. Some give the option of disabling the application, but what's the point in that when it's just going to sit there wasting space? Oh that's right, there is no point to it. You think you're getting a certain amount of storage space when in reality, you're getting screwed over because of useless bloatware that was forced on you.

Never use it because I can get to the same information just as easy or easier elsewhere. I already can click on the My Verizon app to get that data, so why does it also need to be in this separate mini-launcher. Giving it 1 star (would give it zero stars) because it is forced on you whether you need it or not. Just taking up space. Get rid of the garbage built-in apps like this one (and NFL for pete's sake!!!)

I detest gimicky, preloaded software like this. If I'd wanted a ton of proprietary software on a device, I'd have just bought an HP.

Please, please remove all of the crap that has been forced on me. I don't want it, I didn't ask for it, and it does nothing but make me very angry. This really is a joke and what ever happened to : listening to the paying customers that are paying your salary?? Again, remove ALL of this junk, or I will be forced to remove you!

All my widgets don't even give me a open button & dont show up under my application, I thought Verizon is supposed to be the best!!??

I no longer have a choice in the apps I wish to use and download on my phone , due to you guys forcing apps on your customers !! Customer satisfaction should be your main goal , but using up my storage so I can't install apps of my choice so that makes me an unsatisfied customer !! Please unistall this app

I have 1 gb data plan, but even with deleting and readding this widget keeps saying 2 gb.

I'm sure it's ok. But you need to stop putting apps automatically into our phones and make them available for installment or make it so we can unistall it. If we don't want an app on our phone, we need to be able to have those options. You need to listen to us. Thank you.

So why are you invading our memory with a download we don't even need?? A delete option would be a nice thing to offer your customers.

Sick of having apps forced on me that can't be uninstalled. When I need to download an app I need,i don't have space left because off all the apps they stick me with. Let us pick what we want. I'm considering changing providers.

The app is ok, when it works. Most of the time I get a system is down message. But even if it worked right, Verizon is a rip off. $80 for 6 gigs when it says 10 for $80 on their website. My co worker has the same phone with t mobile, and he pays $20 for unlimited data. I think I'll be switching.
