Verizon Tones

This app is terrible. It won't let you reassign a ringback tone nor delete it. It says invalid number and error!! Reallly guys??!! It also goes blank...I Do Not recommend this app. You will just be frustrated! Ugh...

This app is terrible. I tried to use it to assign a ringback tone for my wife. It gave me an obscure error that I finally determined was that she already had an assignment. So I was able to remove the RBT, but when I tried to assign the new tone, I got a new error saying this was an invalid mobile number. How could it be an invalid number when I just had a RBT assignment I had just deleted??!! Going to try to find another way to get ringtone and ringback setup, but this app is just plain awful.

The newest version won't let you assign ringbacks tones to contacts. You pick your contact, select one of your ringbacks & regardless what contact you select, it always says invalid mobile number.....this app always worked before. Don't like it now.

Terrible terrible terrible, they need to fix this app. This used to be a great dependable easy app to use. It doesn't work properly you can't even open some of the options

I can't explain your problems if your not willing to do anything to correct them ! People have been telling you the same thing but nothing changes ! But I've lost money here but you know but I won't loose no more, "I'm done"!!

No standard notification tones, except to purchase. Just spent $900+ on new phone and you want more.....#!%×/!@.

This app suck it keeps saying error 218 I can't even get a Ring back tone,need to be fixen Asap

Verizon, please stop releasing apps. You have a nice network, we get it. That does not make you an app developer. Stick to what you know. Developing apps isn't it.

Nothing about app for Droid or computer is good. I want my 50 back. What waste of time and money both.

You have to pay a monthly subscription, plus pay for the tones. That's ridiculous! Uninstalling.

This app freezes and will not let you hear the tone before purchasing.

The "New" songs are a year old. The app will not populate up to date music.

it will not let me assign an RBT to some contacts. It also will not let me delete an RBT-to-Contact Assignment

Its so outdated. There's no recent music.

Downloaded twice, app wouldn't open either time. Verizon logo looks a little fishy anyway.

It's kind of buggy. And has been for a while. Time for an overhaul, Verizon.

The ringtones are too short and so are the ringbacks. Fix the timing on the songs

I've actually enjoyed using this app...at least while it worked! Now, I get "ALERT Invalid Mobile Phone Number" error message when I try to assign a ringback tone to a contact. I recently purchased RBTs that I can NOT even use! >:(

Usually a ringtone would be the chorus or hook. This app is so terrible that most of the clips are the opening of the song. I mean really?! When you look for a ringtone, you want the best parts of the song. If I'm paying at least make it worth the damn money.

Recently, I try to manage my ringback tones, but every time I do it tells me it's an invalid number. All of my contacts are invalid? This is a problem. If it doesn't get fixed soon, I'll delete your app and tones

Verizon is aweful! So I pay per month and then they want $2.99 a song! I can get music on iTunes or Google play music for under $2!! Or use monthly service and pay fee per month! Why pay monthly and a premium price for the songs!

This app stopped letting me assign rbt to contacts. Keeps telling me that they're invalid mobile phone numbers. Plus it won't let me clear out existing rbt assignments.

Have to assign rbt backwards or can't do it the way your supposed to or get invalid msg number, can't change a rbt for contact if already assigned a song have to delete entirely n do over. Have to go to my rigntones n hold down on song to assign not through assign to contact button.

No short cuts, the lay out stinks, when I can't find anything I push the return button and it takes me clear back to the beginning, different formats to each ring tone, hopefully you can fix this. And maybe charge less? Thanks

It's an awesomeapp, I just wish they had more variety of the music that I'd be looking for , not all songs are made for ringback tones but they do have a good selection

They need to remove this app....its useless. You pay for it and it can't even download the music you have paid for. Crazy

It was great when it worked. Now I need to go online to manage tones which is a pain.

Selection is crap. Needs a browse by. It only has a list in alphabetical order.

Help.. My ring back tones worked great.. I purchased 2 more an I can't get the to play for my callers!! Why??

No new music when it comes to rock...Not everybody listens to r&b and country...
