Switching from personal Verizon to Business was the largest mistake I ever made. From My Verizon, I can manage everything with my account remotely in a great app. They forced me over to this garbage of an app once we moved over to a business account. Now, we can't manage anything, and My Verizon no longer works because the account is set up as business. I am beyond frustrated to the point that we are considering leaving Verizon altogether over this. I don't have time to play around on a PC to manage my business account when I'm on the road--just to pay for and review my bill which seems to have doubled since we transferred (now leaving me no way to track the charges' details), and the website is so slow, when I do sit down, I can even get the bill paid without wasting a full hour or more. I am "grrr" made about this entire situation, and don't bother going to a Verizon store, or you'll just find out that you wasted another 5 hours before the reps finally admit they have no idea what to do, and calling customer support gives you a generic moron who has even less of a clue with our the desire to help you. Hours upon hours wasted! All because I can't manage my account since I switched it to business. Also, because the "business rep" who set the account up and transferred from personal to business did it herself, she created the ridiculously long stupid username and password which is nothing I'd ever user, and I can't even change it. Then, she, who was so eager to set me up on this garbage won't even respond to help me figure out how to fix this crap, and apparently she got a promotion because she was a regular store rep who "sold a business account" (my business account)--which isn't even true. She didn't "sell" anything. She said that I was missing some applicable discounts on my line, and set this up without my permission. I only found out about it when My Verizon wouldn't work, and I called customer support and they said my account was upgraded to business. I asked how on earth did that happen? I didn't even give my company details to anyone? They said my business details were still on file from when I got a quote 5 years ago, and apparently they kept my company info in my profile all this time. I did not go with their quote at that time, and apparently she saw it in the system and saw it as an opportunity for a promotion. Worse than that, I changed my company's name and EIN number and closed the older business, and she set it up under the old, closed down business, instead of my new company. What a crock! Verizon has totally ruined my experience with them, and I am more than likely moving as soon as my contracts all expire this June. They have until then to fix this app and make this hassle worth or, or me and my company are OUT!

Doesn't do anything . As a account Manager I should be able access my account not just look at it . I can do the same thing if I log into the residential from my business account.

There's my Verizon, my Verizon for business, and Verizon enterprise. Each one does different things but none are complete. Even with all 3 you can't accomplish what you want.

It's pretty much just informative. You get the same info from their mobile site. It tells you to go to the full site to accomplish what I need to.

Not sure why the are so many negative reviews. It works fine for me. Shows status of phones on the account and data usage. Exactly like the website.

Doesn't work, can't do anything with it. Shows nothing but bill amount. Can't manage any users. So I tried online from my computer and still can't access any accounts. Almost sorry I switched to a business account. The myversion app is so much nicer. But with that I'm only able to access my line since I switched to a business account. Even though I am the account admin.

Simply doesn't let me log in after answering all steps gives me an error saying no internet connection. It's so interesting while any other company would treat better business customer's with verizon it's opposite! While for consumer accounts the app works for business it doesn't, while consumer can block certain phone numbers from calling or texting business can't...

This new update finally brings some functional use but still limited in features. Would be nice if you could block data with a flip of a switch on a specific line.

Unable to logon after the latest update. Says "Invalid User ID". I spoke with Customer Support and they checked with Tech Support. It's a bug on the latest release. They tested on their test phone and it stopped working as well after they applied the update. No ETA in when it'll get fixed. Bummer. I really like the app to manage all phone lines to our business account. Hopefully it's fixed soon.

Garbage app. Can't view detailed bill. Can't pay bill within the apl, directed to go to full website. Login to full website on mobile and still can't pay bill. What a joke! 2017 and you are a mobile carrier and you force people to be on their desktop computer or to call in to pay their bill? Wth??!

It won't let me at my bill from here and I try to log on thru the regular page and it directs me to the app. I hate it!
