Have you ever been driving down the road and found the perfect house for you, except one small detail, it’s not for sale? Wouldn’t you like to be able to know the minute that house is on the market? With Not Yet 4 Sale, you will! Not Yet 4 Sale puts you in direct contact with the agents working in that area.

How does it work?
When you find THE house, enter the address into the app and you will be sent the contact information for the local real estate agents showing houses in that area. Push a button and an email is sent to the agent informing them of your interest in that house. When the homeowner is ready to sell you will be notified, possibly even before it’s officially on the market.

How is it different?
Unlike other real estate apps that show you all houses that are currently on the market, Not Yet 4 Sale allows you to watch for when your dream home is up for sale.
