App does not work. Very glitchy and locks up my phone. Not impressed. Also doesn't save login, you have to enter password every time which can be obnoxious at times

App stopped giving me push notifications and website is under maintenance so I can't check anything or submit a ticket

I purchased the pro version for my elderly mother. This app works perfectly with it! Even the "beta" push notifications work great for me. I haven't noticed anything broken in the app and it is pretty easy to use.

The install and App set up was easy, no issues. Learning how the App works easy as well. Good app to get if you have teens driving .

A few annoying things this app. It's very cluttered lot of information a lot of which is just not needed. Another thing is if you hit back too many times it logs you out instead of just closing. So you have to reenter your password. at least enable fingerprint if this is going to be the case. It's not intuitive as well, for example you click on your car and expect to see information on your car but you really just changing the picture of your car. So overall this app is clunky over informative and not the best out there my opinion

Update: Tech support responded quickly with a new build and the issue is gone. Great job on the quick turnaround and the app.

Works great! I have one for each vehicle! Would definitely recommend.

Ok but you can't clear stupid fault codes. Easy feature should be available.

Its great, but.....Just did the update on it and now I keep getting an error has occurred. Please help fix this, as I do love it. It helps me keep track of where my daughter is and making sure she is safe.

Didn't work. Error message every time i tried to track the car.

Incredible app! Lets me know when my car breaks down and even allowed me to find it immediately when it was stolen. A lifesaver! The only problem is that it throws an error when you havent accessed it in a while and you reopen it, but when that happens you can just close and reopen the app and it will work again.

Each time my son stops at a red light or stop sign the trip ends then when he starts to move again a new trip is started. If he is going to the local grocery store and then back home a 5 miles trip I will see about 30 individual segments and it is hard to view because each segment needs to be open a view separately

Great tool! I tried Verizon Hum and it is a catastrophe (not to mention expensive). This device is spot on, gives great feedback and works every time.

Small expected discrepancies in location by a few houses to a block. Very useful when it comes to catching people doing things they shouldn't be doing...

Nice tool that offers piece of mind. Has some delay issues but still worth it.

Found out that my Linxup do better job than this app not to mention customers service for Vyncs are run by arrogant. Totally too that they block my service just after I contact them for help with my password. Their excuse is they dont see my payments were you can't use the product unless you pay, I was asking for one week till I get to my office from out of town and he was very rude. And all lied about giving me three months to pay let them show me email say that however soon as i get to my office by the end of the week I will show you guys payments plan I got with them

I love this app and ODB Tracker it really does the job.

I have 2 of these, replaced multiple times cause they stop communicating to the network, the user interface is very difficult. You get what you pay for.

Excellent for keeping track of the new drivers in the house

Some vehicles work great some just location. Will buy more units if ticket gets resolved.

Really like the app & device but the map stopped working for location. I press location & the screen goes black & stays black.

I really enjoy this app. It is an easy to use app. Very clean and detailed trip descriptions. Friendly navigation system on the app. I would recommend it to my friends and family.

Ever since update it constantly crashes and updating location could take hours.

Was working but now there are no roads in the map view. Only empty grid.

Can login via pc but will not login on 2 different Androids or 1 iPhone and this is our 2nd one and the service has gone to poop. Returning to amazon

I use this app all the times to track my five drivers. I don't have a computer and the app is very fast. Never misses a trip and always accurate about where my drivers are.
