Vyke

This app really does deserve a 5star and more. From the word go, I was very impressed with the way the app is organised, the way it notifies one who number you are receiving calls and most of all, the customer service. I usually have to wait at least 48hrs for a response but not with these guys, the quickest response time ever and death with my query very well. I honestly wished I knew about Vyke much much sooner. Thank you.

As a UK user, I'm meant to get my first Vyke number free, so alas, I haven't even had the opportunity to try the app, as apparently it didn't even give me my first Vyke number, which Vyke FAQs say is meant to be free. After several emails to contact Customer Support, I'm still waiting for a response, even an acknowledgement of receipt of my email. I'm guess I'll now have to turn to one of Vyke's competitors.

I have used many similar apps in the recent past, and found I could.never find.one that.worked as well as I wanted it to. I came across Vyke, and thought I'd give it a.quock try. Wow, have I been impressed! Excellent and speedy service, and the app itself works great. When Hangouts goes by the wayside in the next 3-4 months, Vyke will definitely be its replacement. In fact, it works so well that I'll probably make the switch anyway. It's handy to be.able to switch between numbers so easily, and its also nice to not have to worry about dealing with schemes for earning.credits or advertising. Well done, Vyke Telecom!

Its nice looking app, easy to use the free number os only for 3 months then you have to buy it. I don't know if you get another one. You do not get 4 free numbers as i have read. So this is not the truth would prefer they say its free for first 3 months so you know what you are getting.

I downloaded the app. I recharge it with a amount. Now whenever I'm making calls front person cannot hear anything. Support agent blaming me for not having good network quality. They don't seem to resolve any issues. Pathetic service, worst app, waste of time.

I purchased a UK no. so that I can send and receive sms from but sms texts take 15 minutes to deliver and the shocking thing is that they are delivered from MOC, not showing from the no. I purchased. Plus I cannot receive calls on that no. either. Can you fix this problem. Based in oman.

I have been using Vyke for a week or so. Here are two things that have happened. 1 voice service didn't work. Had to get Vyke to sort it out. Which they did. 2 Called my number via my landline. Vyke never rang. If you want this as a serious line I would stay away.

Great app! International call rates are competitively fair. I have been searching for a fair rate to Trinidad & Tobago. This fits the bill. I'm still trying out the free account. Will see how it holds up before i decide to upgrade. Update: when i tried call my free UK number with my house phone, it says "...NUMBER IS NOT RECOGNIZED." However, when i tried my wife's free UK number, the call went through. Please i hope this is fixed. Update 2: I sent a customer service ticket to Vyke about this problem and within minutes the Vyke team was on my case until it was sorted. Vyke has a FIRST RATE 5 Star customer service. My experience has been a positive one and i have decided to upgrade to the paid platform. Thank you Phil Vellam of Vyke Team.

Use it for work, I have two phones connected to it, one to my colleagues phone and one to mine, it is great, I can pick up then it hangs up on him, or he can do the same to make sure we don't miss a call! It's amazing! Love this app! Decent prices as well! Very happy with it. Well done on the team for making this amazing application!

The app is smooth and works fine. Gives you free number and many more features as well. But expensive to make calls to some countries compared to some other apps. Or else five star. Overall great app

(NEW: It works, immpressive). Acts like it's ringing.. even give u the voicemail : / no ringing on the other side. Could be VOIP thing, but if it's not ringing.. don't make it out as tho it is.

Its a very good app. I did ran in to trouble while adding credits to the app but it was resolved. How ever app closes automatically on Huawei P8 while in background mode so i have to keep opening it time to time which can be quite annoying.

Support is great, call rate is very cheap. It would be great if you create an online forum so when user confused, they can try find a solution or find an information of some features on there before open a ticket, it much faster. Btw please put an information about payment system, user can only top up credit once a day, so they're not confuse why their payment rejected. Btw after test, the big cons is SMS I sent delivered from MOC, not showing the phone number so anyone can't reply it. Sometimes SMS delivered instanly but sometimes it took hours. I'm using wifi with high speed Internet so I'm sure there's no problem on my side. Overall I highly recommend vyke :)

Really clean interface. Smooth operation, easy dialling features. Very pleasant to use. One negative comment. I would appreciate a quarterly renewel of extra numbers rather than monthly or at least as an option.

Been waiting for a day when an app allows me to have all my phone line in one Place..and here it is with vyke. Very useful to stream line you phone activities..the only thing I can suggest is that they allow users to add atleast two of their own personal numbers rather than the one they generate for you..apart from that, amazing amazing app..

Best app till date for international calls, I have used many others but this is very convenient for me to use, only problem is that it sometimes stuck but normals in few SEC's. I recommend everyone to use it for internship calls.

Had problem with free number not receiving incoming calls. Contacted them via twitter got a new free number all is good. So far app seems pretty solid.

Not goid at all , not recomanded , get numebers get credit make few calls , still have credit , second day no work anymore can t make any calls , not recomanded L.E. they fix the isue very fast so after i have no problems and also i give them 5 stars , more country s for numbers will a big improvment , thank you

Not hearing me and other person voice

Basically they took my cash then told me to wait for them to take my cash. No balance update after saying we cant Take your cash till account is reviewed then I get notification from paypal instantly but still no balance update... Shame!!!

All appears amazing, but not competitive with other offers on the market. Also International rates high. I'm afraid

I really enjoy it. I can have my additional UK number and my additional Polish one for cheap communication with my family. Everything along with my native sim. VoIP services without any issues. Thanks

It's a well designed app, especially with the ability to have different numbers, but the show-stopper is that the microphone volume so low that no-one can ever me properly... Get this fixed and it will be by far the best calling app available, by a long long margin.

Failed at the first hurdle. "Sorry there has been an error, please try again later" This was before I'd even gotten my pin.

Couldn't even get into the app. Received the pin but whenever I enter it I just get an error message.

The best aplication for calling in Romania. I use it to make international calls from UK and I recommend it to everyone. Well done Vyke team!

I'm from the UK and for my first "free" number it gave me my own number. No good.

terrific Internet phone/text/data app 1st extra number is free ( works just like a 2nd virtual SIM card) calling rates seem very reasonable called someone abroad line as clear as a bell

I can't rate this app at all because it will not even let me get pass the pin code stage. I got the message it pasted it into the app and said there was an error....

Vyke is not showing as a phone app and hence I cannot use the app to call a number directly from other application such as browser.

Great rates and just what I've been looking for, the setup is easy. Bit of an issue with receiving texts but all good.

Superb app I'm using it for an extra US number. Initially the free £5 credit didn't materialise but after Jason replied (below) they sorted it. Fast customer services...

Rate to call Italy advertised on website 6.1p (Callback 9.1p). When downloaded app, price in app states 21.7p!!!! False advertising. Uninstalling

Useless app all number should be pay for it I just download it basied on youtube ads its useless

Enjoy the free calls but the new numbers is pretty awesome. Means no more carrying two or three phones

It's easy to use. I can chat as much as I want as long as you have got a friend who has this app too

Great quality, but fake ring...and once I was charged even if the number I'm calling is turned off

Can i call for premium numbers if im going to buy a credit?
