This app worked great but stop working with last system update. Needed to uninstall and reinstall PDF viewer. App works fine again. Thank you techlite support

For the past few weeks, I've been getting an error saying there's no app installed on this device to open this app. I've had this app for years. What's the solution for this? I have it installed to the phone, and not the SD card. Uninstalled and reinstalled the Viewer app (Adobe) for it. Thanks.

Great support had problems with app sent email got response same day solved problem within 4 emails issues were with phone not app. Working great. Daily use.

If you are an HVAC technician then this is a must buy. Saved so much time . Also technical support for the App is very helpful.

Can't open any manuals just get a message saying the manual can't be opened and there is nobody to call for help

Co-worker showed me this app. Had to download it so I wouldn't have to carry around manuals. My phone uses Polaris Office which isn't compatable. I couldn't open any of the documents. I went back to the Play Store and downloaded Adobe Acrobat and it did the trick! Whew! I am so glad. This is such a handy tool! The tech support is great as well! I will definitely recommend this to my HVAC friends/co-workers!

Had trouble with new version. Support staff was quick with getting it resolved as it is paramount due to our daily needs with this app. Love this app. Who wants to carry around hard copies around when the simplicity of this app allows so much more. I would highly recommend! !!

I'm a service tech and have a rather large collection of hard copy manuals, this app is making that obsolete! I was looking for manual today that was not in the app, the developer responded with the PDF within 10 minutes.. seriously!!

Good to know if I need a manual I can look it up here.

This app has saved me an insane amount of time and patience. Had to request a manual for a goodman Tstat that the girl in my of nor I where able to find. And they tracked it Down for me with a quickness! Thanks for the app,help,and good work keep it up!

As a HVAC service tech I can't praise this app enough I use it almost daily it is really nice to have all the thermostat manuals at your finger tips because this customers never seem to have them when needed for what ever reason be it to reprogram or to just check system configuration on a tstat. Thanks for a great tool.

Very good job on this app. Very stable and easy to use. I like the ability to email the manual.

Great app and seems useful. Alot of stats need to be added. Would be great to have the options setup on all stats. Most stats only have install instructions. Programming options not available for TH6000 Honeywell like the options for setting up the stat.

Best thermostat app I've ever used there's nothing else out there that matches this by far
