VU Cinema VR 3D Video Player

the drift is real if you dont lock the screen. but after you lock it. mind blown. the fact this app got support for dts sound playback is just awesome. i haven't seen any other vr player supports that. i onlybhave one big complain. thact girl in vr room selection area has her face blurd a bit and 8 find my self keep adjusting the glass to make it clear. its annoying.

This app is awesome, but I would like to see features for dimming the lights even more and also the option to use different head tracking, like a mouse or controller. The recent update seems to have eliminated drift altogether. Great app, keep up the good work!

This used to be one of my favorite apps. Used it daily, sadly since I changed to my Galaxy S7 Edge the app crashes every time right before I can choose any file to play. I hope there's a way to fix this, will change to 5 stars after fixed issue.

I'm on Samsung Galaxy 7 and no matter what headset I use the main screen board and eye button are always off screen and when I try to look at them, they both keep moving to my side. This app use to work just perfect on my Samsung Galaxy 5 but now it just keeps getting worse.

Crashing in Dtek50. Reinstalled but same issue

Application is good but I don't able to hide back arrow on the top of the screen while watching movie

Awesome app. Very easy to use and awesome to interact with. Allot better than some. Well worth the few dollars to remove restrictions.

This has become the best vr app for watching videos. Last feature it's missing is the ability to acsess network files. Also it does tend to drift. Locking it fixes the issue but then you loose the effect of being in a theatre. Developer replied to this post with a generic reply saying "this has been fixed". Seems the person in charge of replying to these reviews does not care to actually read your full post. Or any.

Initially I face some issues but developer replied same day with solution and now this app is great and perfect for vr for viewing movies. Main point is seat selection this reduces head ache and eyestrain.

The phone gets heated in just 10-15 minutes of playing any video! Change the coding. Also increase seats for better viewing in IMAX. It strains the eyes!

It would be great streaming over WIFI LAN CLOUD etc., and app is not showing in available VR players list, for example in ES File explorer when I select a movie from my PC, there is no VU Cinema VR 3D Video Player.

Its the best alternative to Oculus Video. Love the imax option and the easy to use controls. It will even allow you to change your seating position. Well worth £1.69 FOR THE UPGRADE

Best purchase ever if you enjoy headset ar videos. My only suggestion is please add a drive in movie theater to the settings that would be incredible. Great job guys.

Looks and sounds perfect but I get no video on my Huawei mate 9!?! All other vr apps work fine?? 1 star because I spent money on this! I will change my stars when fixed. Extra information: I have tried cinema, Imax and home each at all resolutions. I have also tried video stored on my phone as well as YouTube. I have also un installed the app and re Installed it and I still don'O t get any video but I do get sound Update the company has replied promptly and is working on a fix. Updates to follow. Apparently still working on a fix but the app still doesn't work after the latest update :( No response for a while now, just told they will contact me with any further information. Disappointed now and will have to be asking for a refund soon

I'm using an S7 active with an M6 headset and it works perfectly ...so well in fact that I paid for Pro. And it beats all other YouTube search players!

Shifting to right and need to recenter frequently. What is this exact issue?

Cool but to much drifting

App is great for viewing your photos and videos, but crashes a lot when watching YouTube. Any video not just one. Sometimes it just stops responding, others the app just shuts off. Using an Android, and cardboard setup for viewing. Same 3d videos play fine directly through you tube app. Be nice if the YouTube interface was more reliable, I love the theater feel. Add people or give us avatars.

I just recently purchased my very first VR headset. There is an app to use with this headset which is advised in the manual however most any VR app will work with the headset. I wanted to find an app that was more realistic and had better graphics than what was initially advised in the manual. After searching the marketplace and looking at several VR apps I came across this one. I downloaded the preview app which was all I needed to do. Once I saw the graphics it had me hooked. I immediately paid for the pro version which is most certainly worth it. You are sitting in a virtual 3D theater. You are able to choose what row to sit in which controls how big or small the screen is. On the big screen you will find controls ranging from screen quality and image quality two other handy and useful settings. There is even an IMAX setting with the pro version which adds even better quality to the movies you watch. A couple other features which are very handy to have is a re-centering option by looking straight down if you find the image starting to drift some and a screen lock option by tilting your head left or right for 3 seconds which locks the big screen in one place so you can move your head around without the screen moving around with you. After I had the app configured the way I wanted it, I tested it out watching the latest Doctor Strange movie and it was phenomenal. For a couple bucks this is definitely an awesome app and I strongly recommend you give it a try if you have a VR headset. Enjoy!
