This is a major app and system upgrade!
This upgrade features a new interface display and interactive mode, and includes simplified and more visually-pleasing pages that are easy to use. The cloud platform has been restructured and optimized. Some known problems regarding the app and the cloud platform have been resolved, and the system is more stable. A customer service system has been added so you can contact our customer service personnel at any time via telephone, email or real-time chat in the app. More new features are waiting to be discovered!
Please read the following information carefully before upgrading:
1.After upgrading, you are required to reenter the user name and password when first logging in to the app. This is not required for subsequent upgrades. Registered users should continue to use the original user name to log in.
2.After upgrading, new user registration can be completed with just a valid email address. No user name is needed.
3.All user information and doorbell data will be transferred to the new cloud platform during the upgrade. This process will take one minute. Please wait.
4.The previously purchased cloud storage service will not be affected and can still be used after the upgrade.
5. The Favorites function of the old app will not be available for use. The content in Favorites will be automatically transferred to the album on your phone after the upgrade (during the upgrade, please give permission for the app to use the system album).
If you encounter any problem during the upgrade, please contact customer services directly via the Support button in the new app.

The interface update went well. I like the new interface but I don't like that you can't swipe to see pics like before, you have to click on each pic. Then last night the new interface had an update, it has turned my viewing to black and white only. VUE BELL PLEASE SEND OUT A NEW UPDATE! Otherwise I'm happy with this product and wish that they would come out with battery operated wireless cameras.

After update , when doorbell rings, app only shows small notification like incoming email and there is no simple way to answer the ring. Previous version used show screen that looked like incoming phone call and was easy to answer with one click on green button.

A great product and app thats constantly being updated and improved. You can open a chat within the app and talk with very responsive staff who clearly care about the product and their customers. They actualy listen and implement sugested changes and improvements 5 stars for the product the app ans most of all brilliant customer service!

I really am happy with my Vuebell doorbell purchase! It notifies me when it senses motion... Further than it needs to but that's okay because it doesn't hardly use any phone battery. I love the ability to answer the bell with the phone! Never had a crash... Only issue I really have is the backlighting at times so the image looks more like a shadow so I can not always make out who is at the door but then I just speak through my phone and ask our have them step back some.

After update everything is a mess!! Alerts, motion sensor doesn't work properly anymore .In one word the latest update ruined everything.

Latest version I can actually answer the call with a bit of hassle. Would be nice if that got fixed (try to answer, screen stays on, keeps ringing). Would be nice to change ringtone, to have a solid blue button on the device instead of flashing, or an actual button (very few people ring the bell because they don't know how, but I'm not really complaining!), to offer additional doorbell boxes for in the house. Detects motion father than they say which so, eh. I'm sure they'll keep working on the app.

I hate this new update, there's no edit feature to delete pictures and it won't let me see any of the pics when the doorbell has been pressed it wants me to purchase cloud storage. Now it won't even work this is a pos app.everything was fine until the update now it just sucks.
