Smart Scale

Crashing! Just bought an AEG smartscale, but how can I use the smart features if the app is unusable? Crash while trying to connect to the scale. The same tried by my family member - the app just crashes if trying to connect to the scale. Both phones run Android N. As much as I can see, there is no integration of the weight data to Google Fit?

The scale is only giving me my weight it wont give me the other measurements I am looking at the app and none of the other different measurements show up. I dont know if it something wrong with the app or the scale.

The app only allows me to view my weight, when I click on the weight to view other stats, the screen blinks and returns me to my current weight. Needs updating!!

Is it too much to ask you reply to the comments and issues people are having you a h*les. App keeps crashing constantly!!!

The app is great, BUT I would like to know how to move my user files from one phone to another, I cannot find this anywhere online and I need to do this soon.

Lot of bugs for LG G3. Dates are wrong/don't update and graphs don't add data points.

Would neer to sync eith other app or extract data. Historical do not work. Its a bit bad cause the app has potential

There is no way my visceral fat is as high as this app says I and an active person and eat very well. And it is all in the metric system

Connects quickly (with 5 different users & phones) works just fine.

Works OK so far. Data shows up fast, just a few seconds after stepping on the scale. Missing key features though: * No data export, or webpage tracking. * Can't edit entries/delete that has gone wrong (For example, some of my entries show 0% body fat, which is pretty far from the truth) Should be easy enough to fix, and make the app and scale a LOT more useful.

The new update on 28 January 2016 has fixed the connection and recording issue so it's good. If the app would just allow me to save measurements to a csv file it would get 5 stars.

It works very fast right after stepping on the scale, I'm not sure how accurate it really is, but it seems legit and quite accurate, I like

Syncs data with scale. No option to sync/export data with other apps.

Scales connects to phone but no data is picked up. Scales seems to be stuck on weight and doesn't step through other readings. When phone is disconnected the scales work fine. Uninstalled and installed didn't fix it and now lost all my data. So app is now useless!

while connected, no measurement anymore. Pls disable weight conversion on tab. Just choose your prev in settings. And fix the mentioned test month on opening timeline.

Works consistently. I don't understand what the calorie number means. But as a general guide to BMI etc seems quite good.

After I've updated app today it stopped receiving data from the scale!!

My 6 year old could write a more user friendly app than this. Screen shots are definitely not the what I have on my android device. Can not export data for analysis. Checking progress is a mission. There should be a chart with all the aspects compared to each other.

For now, I liked it. But: * I can't upload any photo, every time I do it I have a crash error by the photo app (google). And the Smart Scale App takes me directly to "photos", not giving me the option of taking a photo. * The Kcal range calculated doesn't seem to have heigh in account, which doesn't make sense. * I would like to have the reference for the body indicators (fat, water, etc), since there are multiple ranges defined on the web with very different values. New year has come and this app can't cope with it. My weight historic from last month has disappeared, and the app doesn't know which year/month is it.

Odd conversions between pounds, stones and kilos. Currently says 90.4 kilos, 199.3 lbs, and 14st 2 lbs. Well I know 14 st 2lbs = 198lbs and 198lbs = 90kg. So why the incorrect conversions? Also on 1st January all my readings for December disappeared. When I select graph for weight the month name is "test". If I use < to the previous month it says December, tnen > shows January.

Scale says one weight then the app tells me a different weight! 9 stone 8 says 9 stone 5 on the app! If I move the weight changes! And the scales are top short that my size 8 feet hang over the too so not accurate at all.

There is no warning whether BL is on or off. You got the permissions use them. Shaking to connect does not work. I use the button in the settings, which is only touchable at text not on the icon right. As the person commented before me: The current mont is set to test rather then the actual month. Many access permissions are questionable. There are no use cases for this.

Weight works well, noticed other mesurements like muscle, bone mass etc but they are blank. How do i used these fetures. Will be a great app when im using it to its full.

New version erased my user and all my data! Usually only weight works, rest "fail". Weight changes 3lbs based on slightly leaning forward or backward.

Love the app, but it seems to me that in the details of a profile the weight is one bar off from what it says above it. At least for me on the LG G3.
