VTech Connect to Cell™ for Android
Using Droid Turbo to DS6421-3. Bluetooth connects to phone OK. This app see's the DS6421, but can't connect. Says Bluetooth not working. The directory download app works fine.
I love seems to me so fain I make phon calls.
Works great so easy to setup
Junk
Shows up, but doesn't connect to the phone. Its properly paired with the base because I can take calls. Use contact sync for contacts, at least that works
Phone is connected but app won't connect, please fix
Does not connect.
Very good
I think the major problem, at least for us, was the lack of information on how to set it up. Finally clued in that we had to hit the button on the homebase of the phone while one of our cells searched via Bluetooth in order to pair the two together. Before that we were trying to work with the handset and were wondering why neither of our cells were picking up on phone under the Bluetooth section. Now both of our phones are paired and tested and everything seems fine.
My previous phone connected. Now that I have a new Samsung, looks like I have to buy a new vtech before it will connect.
so maybe this app is missing this feature - but anyone know how to adjust the notification volume on the DS6291, I only see ring volume and keypad tone - and the volume on my note 4 is turned off and I see no feature on the app to control this - would be nice to tone town the alert volume - other than that they work good, would be a cool feature that the handset's provided the SMS details or whom the email is from - vs just that you have a new SMS or email - but that would cost a lot more than $89 I guess

Says phone doesn't support Bluetooth
App seems to show up with no issues, but won't connect to VTech DS6521. Which is odd since the sister app for contacts will... Hopefully you can fix. On a side note, phone calls with VTech DS6521 on Bluetooth via the Nexus 5 also don't work...
I have a HTC One S and have connected via Bluetooth to the DS6521-3 Base Unit the light is solid on the base and Bluetooth shows connected to phone audio. When I try to use the app the message I get its " Device not available , Make sure Vtech DS6521 can connect via Bluetooth when using the app".
The app won't connect to my Vtech phone that told me to download the app in the first place.
Does not work on Galaxy S4. Says can not connect.

When connected to the hone phone via this app, I cannot use any video calling with messenger, oovoo or whatsapp. Instantly disconnects each call. Uninstalling and returning this phone.
