Wont let me log in to the acct doesnt even have an option to change password

Absolute crap. The camera is upside down and it takes forever to get a good shot. A monkey could have designed a better app

i requested permission I got the access code and I tried to deposit a pay check and no matter how clear the pictures come out it says I have to retake the picture... what the hell???? peoples united bank mobile deposit was so much quicker and better. need to improve app

No matter how many pictures i take, the app says the quality isnt acceptable. I never have this problem with chase or capital one.

This is by far the stupidest app I have ever seen no matter how perfect a picture quality is it still not good enough to do a deposit this credit union needs to get with the times because they are going to start losing valuable customers trying to be "green"....this is the MOST FRUSTRATING app ever installed!

You have to request access from the credit union to use this product. I have not tested a deposit yet, but I have logged in and it seems like it will be easy to use. I will update after trying a deposit.
