This app doesn't work. Other banks have check deposit apps that actually work and don't waste your time - I typically spend 10 minutes trying several times and then have to go to the bank anyway.

So unortunate. I'm done with this bank because of their subpar, incompetent technology. Their website is buggy and poorly architected. The app doesn't work. I AM DONE.

For a non-for-profit (hard to find a bank that won't run off with your hard earned cash!), I'm impressed with how far they've been able to come. I've had no issues with the app. Works just fine, is simple to use, and very quick.

Android tab resolution not good enough to get scans accepted.

This app worked fine until my phone software was updated to kit kat. Now it's not compatible. The bank hasn't updated this app for over a year! When I called they said since it's my phone they can't help me. Come on! Update your app to be compatible with the new phone software! Otherwise eventually no one will be able to use it!!

The app had to constant be reinstalled and still wouldn't work properly. Even receive help online with FNCU. Just doesn't work
