Install to keep up with balance when out of town. Can't even log in...I'm not happy...I give 10 thumbs down.
App quit working after last update
Registered my account online and can't even log in. Keeps telling me to call customer service. However, I can log into my account online just fine.
I don't see a link to deposit to my account. How is this action done?

I use a mobile checkbook and I have to switch between that app and this one to balance the checkbook. The problem is everytime I go to a different app, this app logs me our and I have to reenter my password. Very annoying. Can we get at least a minute before it logs out? That goes for Android and IOS.
I am having problems getting to my account. It keep giving me all these identity questions and answers and I can't get pass that. Even ask the same questions over and over again. It doesn't matter what user I'd I'm using it still goes to all these security questions
Online bill pay doesn't work on my app. I have called customer service twice to troubleshoot. The first time I was instructed to go to the local branch (a 15 min drive) and ask to speak with IT. I was told that the IT Dept doesn't speak directly with customers. I left my account info with the greeter and was told IT would have to call the app developer to fix..no ETA given..A week later I call back to customer service, still no ETA when it will be resolved..Update: 5 months later, still not resolved. :(
Is there an option underway to take a picture of your check and have it automatically deposited? The reason we chose Valley Star was because we were told this was an option. I don't see it on the app?!

I have different accounts, but once you log in to one account, it retains your username each time. You have to clear your cache/data before you can use a different username. Should have option to change username when opening app.
When I first got the app, I had no problems...but for the last week every time I try to use it I get a system error message. I have been unable to check my balance or anything. Just wondering what is going on and if there is anything I can do to be able to use the app again

I only have one account and this app is great for me, its fast and simple to navigate.
Not all stated transactions are available. Hopefully soon

Downloaded the app. Answered the same 5 security questions about 15 times and they just kept going non stop. Got frustrated and deleted the app.
