Volume Limiter

Works great but I have a request. Can there be a option preventing the app from being deleted?

My daughter (2) loves to use my phone to watch Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. I'm constantly telling her to turn the volume down, and then she turns it right back up as high as it will go. I put this app on my phone (Galaxy Note 2), and it works like a charm. So then I installed it on the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Kids she is getting for Christmas, and with the app enabled, and a setting of 6, it works like a dream, even in the kids mode. This app is great and does just what it is supposed to. Thanks!

works good enough on my droid 4! im using it because i have no self control XP ... it still goes up high but slings back imminently ... not good if you want it to not blow your eardrums out by accidentally turning it up to high but great if you want some way of self control i just wish it had a pin to change ... one more layer in there!

Crashes all the time. Doesn't work at all.

This doesn't work on my samsung galaxy tab 2. Does thus control just the earphone volume? It doesn't limit the volume on my speakers. Shame as its the only app I can find thst dies what I need as my 3yr old keeos watching youtube at full volume!

I'm only just trying it, but I already hate that it forces a notification. Also, why does this need network access?

The limit acts like a car's speed governor. If you try to increase the volume beyond the set limit, the app pages the setting back down. I wish it could reduce the entire range of volume so the lowest volume was lower than the default lowest volume.

You created one functionality that should have been included in Android in the first place. Works great. Would be even better if the maximum volume level was locked via password.

5 stars if the limit would block even temporary volume increase. If I try to raise the volume past the limit the volume goes up but quickly turns down. This could still be enough to hurt the ears.

Does not work on all apps with HTC Evo. Some games can somehow bypass the volume limiter, this is not good as I have set this as a volume control on my kids phone so their ears are protected :-(

Does what it says! Works well but I wish it would absolutely lock immediately instead of that second delay so I still don't accidentally blast my my ears. Please change from notification to ongoing app. It turns off when I clear the notification.

It does what it says, but it would be nice if it auto runs when music is being played

I was looking for a way to set your own limit, but found this instead. It prevents me from accidentally murdering my eardrums when I use my Beats. Also I have to force stop on order to kill the app on my reZound.

Now my 2 year old won't embarass me in public places when I let her watch a video on my phone. Will.download this for all my android devices. Thank you so much for creating this.

On Samsung Galaxy S3, the app does not prevent the volume from exceeding the maximum, it just lowers it to the maximum a second after you've stopped holding the hardware volume up button. This will NOT save you from hearing damage!

Only allows the default volume levels, doesn't go below that range.
