To Do List, Tasks, Notes & Reminders - When.Do for Android
Excellent app for me *before* the update. All my notes that did not have a title, but had words underneath the title, could be clicked on but showed empty notes. I added a fake title and the note disappeared. I downloaded the app I had before (same layout but with ads, unfortunately) then synced with Google tasks and everything, and saw all my notes.. except the one I added a fake title to. I guess that one is forever lost.
Simple to use, and executed very well. I like this one, I use quite a few Outline apps, notes/ lists, mind maps etc. Wanted a simple outliner that keeps me on track with several projects, and also a "history," of tasks completed to refer back to. This one does it well without clutter. I like the swipe through lists tasks etc whatever level you are viewing on. Collapsible subtasks now means I can completely replace my outliners!
After long struggling with ToDo list apps I've found all features I would like to use in just one app. Thank you devs for making this happen.
Perfect app style.. But repit alarm stop working after some time?.. (but the app in battery white list .. etc)
Awesome app. One feature request- can we have reminders set as default when setting up the time, instead of setting them up separately. It's an extra step, and I often forget it. Thanks
Of the many To Do List apps I've tried, this one is the best. Simple to use and very customizable, and I especially like that it's ad free. Excellent organizational app.
Remarkably good. Simple yet powerful. Just works very well. Tried others and too many complicate the essential purpose.
A little bit tricky to set up gmail tasks at first, then it's great and smooth. The best feature is that there are no ads.
One of the best! Simple, straight to the point and visually pleasing. I like that you can put a Notebo.t the bottom. ????
Very well done. Clean interface. Works well with Google
So far I like it. I can repeat tasks, set reminders, and a nice little widget on my home screen. Just wish I could make it transparent like my calendar.
The app does exactly what it should, provides an easy interface for adding and managing Google task. The take will appear exactly the same way in Gmail Calander.
It's simple, and it does exactly what I needed to do. No frills and that's what I love about it.
this app is amazing and ad free! which surprises me! does exactly what it says and well worth 5 stars!
reminder notification should be intrusive..
One of the best to do list apps!!! Very fast and light weight. Syncs with Google tasks flawlessly.
*Make notifications sticky,* there's your fifth star.
Easy to use and simple layout with all the necessary functionality
like it. enjoy the desktop access functions
Very good app. Easy to use
Very useful
Nice to use
Simple and easy
It's the best to do app I've used. The UI is user friendly, simple and appealing, the functionality is all there, and you aren't held to ransom with subscription fees as with some to do apps. I've had extremely fast, helpful, and friendly customer service on the couple of occasions that I've contacted for help. Couldn't recommend this app more.
I used to love this app, then it updated and now all my notebooks are empty?!?! I had several lists in there and now all I can see is the one called "my list". Rubbish. Lost all my previously collected notes, lists and idea. So disappointed.
As a to-do app that works with Google Tasks, this app works out of the box. There's support for multiple accounts and the ability to create new tasks easily and efficiently. After using a lot of to-do task managers, this is my current go to task manager. Keep up the good work.
Great app, love it. The left and right swiping between the lists is brilliant. I installed probably 20 different to-do apps looking for that feature and only two of them had it. Finally a worthy successor to Errands - the best to do list app - which unfortunately exists only for iOS.
This is a very nice app. Convenient for the task dumping that is part of my system. And the fact that it syncs instantly with my Google Account is enough to make me want to rate it more than five stars (if only I could). Great app!
I like this app a lot but unfortunately for me the reminder doesn't work.
New update for some reason shows all previous completed tasks at the top of widget and due ones all the way at the bottom. Option to remove completed tasks isn't even there.
Very nice to do lust. Esp. The feature to separate groups of lists into different notebooks is great. Not seen it in other apps.
Very convenient and simple to use.
Nice app for Google task...
The app is really amazing. First of all it is crazy fast, the UI is great, it supports multiple accounts and has a very flexible widget. Also I have send my feedback to the developer and was very responsive. Looks like the developer really wants to make a great product.
Great app and one of the most frequently used ones in my mobile. It's simple to use and meet all my needs. Love the latest update. Deserve full 5 stars!
Best Android app that integrates with Google Tasks so far. I used to use one called GTasks (I think), but I prefer this. I had to really search the Play store to find this app though as it didn't appear in the top search results. The UI is clean and syncs well. I'm not sure if tasks assigned a date has a reminder feature - I think it does, but not sure.
I'm a list person, and I wanted an app that was simple and easy to use. I tried seven others with too many bells and whistles, but this was exactly what I was looking for. It let's me sort and move my lists, add reminders, and strikeout completed tasks. I normally don't "rate" anything, but I'm glad someone finally got this one right!
This is fantastic. I went through the list of results in the app store when you search 'tasks', looking for a replacement for GTasks - everything met one or two of my criteria, but not all. This syncs with Google Tasks, allows me to sort out my lists based on what list they're actually on (ie bills, classes, work, etc), lets me add due dates and reminders if I want (it even gives me a 'x number of days until' on the screen). It shows me what I've got coming up and when, and the widget doesn't look like garbage. I haven't tried the notebook features yet, but the color coding by list works nicely, things are lit up in red when I mark them as high importance. And as an added bonus, it's got a dark version skin. Fantastic job nailing everything I wanted in a Google Tasks app since Google doesn't seem to want to do it's own app for the service!
This is a fantastic app! I have been using it for only a week or two, so I cannot be sure yet how it will work out permanently, but so far it does everything I need and keeps surprising me with great features. It has a very solid, stable feel to it and I have experienced NO bugs or quirks. Unlimited notebooks or containers can be created. Each notebook can contain unlimited divisions or projects. Each division can contain unlimited items or tasks. I have not tried it yet, but I hear that each item has unlimited expandability for sub-items, such as sub-tasks. The developer is very responsive and emailed me right away to answer all my questions. Items can be scheduled for date and time and recurrence, which is easy to set. Items can be sorted and viewed alphabetically or by date/time. Items can be easily moved from one list to another. Lists can be manually ordered as you choose. There is a bit of a learning curve for me, but once I understand it, it makes good sense and is simple to use. Context-sensitive menus can be triggered when I need them, such as copy and paste, so it has more functionality than at first appears, which keeps it easy to understand. It is very adaptable. It can be used simply as a group of lists or powerfully as a way to manage ones whole life. It would be excellent for a GTD system but is much more flexible and personally configureable. Backup and syncing are available in Google Tasks (which can be accessed also from Windows), or files can be local. Each list and the items on it can be color-coded. What a well-implemented gem! Congratulations to the developer!

Nice app. From a productivity point of view, there's one feature I'd really like you guys to add. You already recognize nested tasks. When viewing a parent task, I'd wish there'd be a single click to get to the children tasks. This would be handy when opening a task from the widget or from the All Tasks list. Also would be nice if I could get a white background for the widget. The"light" then is unappealing when displaying next to the Google Calendar schedule widget which is white.
