Worst app today I book the ride automatically it will cancel 5times I book. Automatically it will canceled and wonderful customer care service. line not connected and it's connected no one speak. This app is super good. I literally cried when the driver came in heavy rains to drop me at the location. The driver was very friendly and helping. Kudos to the Team Such a memorable trip and shall cherish it as a good memory.

Hi the services is fine but it would be helpful if someone looks into my profile and check the situation with my payments with the driver since I already paid why is it still asking me to pay the previous ride? I understand its ecash but I paid in real cash.I already spoke to concern person on customer support but they haven't given me any response yet. This is a very nice app and about 90% of the time, I have got good experience using Vroom service. Good things I have experienced is that the bikers drive safely and not rash; and also they are courteous, not rude or unpleasant. I was also surprised to see so many electronic payment options - so many wallets, UPI, Ola Money etc. Even Ola and Uber don't have do many payment options. One area of improvement is that sometimes, the bikers don't respond to bookings or to calls. This tends to happen mainly during rush hour. Overall it's a very good service and gives one more useful option for commuting in our busy, crowded city !

Vroom Pack does a really good job. I have been using this app for quite some time for pick up n drop products and other business needs. Definitely worth the try for new comer. Most of all, it is time saver. I would recommend this app for all; especially for people who does home based work/business and for senior citizens who really can't afford to go out more often for petty needs.

Guys!! before i enroll for the Vroom Rider app, I wanted to feel how it is to ride with vroom. To my surprise the app says "Sorry, Service is temporarily unavailable". Can you guys chk it up and update if its resumed??
