I cannot connect. I click on it and it looks like it's trying for not even half a second. I tap one and then another immediately and it looks like it's trying for about a second. We paid for it too. It worked just fine until a few days ago.

works pretty great on both android phones as on android TV, allow users to set a custom dns server while connecting to a vpn would be usefull on android. if that's implemented i'll rate it a 5/5

Works fine, but this app downloads the configs each time it is launched. For privacy reasons on public WiFi, I would like this app to not sign-in each time and keep the configs once the option to stay signed in is checked. as a workaround, i open the app on cellular connection then switch to wifi once the configs are downloaded.

Does not work on my oppo phone. Cannot connect to a server. Still nothing done. You guys suck. I am a Paid subscriber and this is the service I get. None of you pricks has even contacted me. NEVER BUY THIS SERVICE EVER.

Staying connected for me is not an issue. My issues is that many websites are inaccessible with service turned on.

-No fastest server option. -Speeds sometimes can get ungodly slow (even for paying customers). For the monthly price, I would have expected more. -Huge battery drain

Perfect VPN. I have the lifetime subscription and it's 100% worth it. Works for accessing otherwise unavailable websites, and unless you're routing through a server on the other side of the world the speeds are normally 95% of my regular speeds, which is great for watching videos or downloading content. Would recommend, 10/10

Victim of their own success really. They've lowered their lifetime prices and had an influx of new users but haven't bothered adding new servers to cope with the load. Speeds rarely get above a few kb/s and when they do its short lived.

no option to choose fastest server. connection drops with vpn still on. that made me lose connection and I stopped getting notifications. And i'm am premium subscriber. Stay away from their lifetime deal. it's creating money for them and bottlenecks for everyone. Free Opera VPN works better than this.

Very good VPN but... Please make it so that i don't have to put my login details every time I need to use the application. It's a waste of time and hassle.

Works perfectly ! For those who are having issues on Android 7.0. At first I couldn't get the program to work. But my issue turned out to be because I was using a screen overlay from the program Twilight ! A program that removed the harshness at night. Make sure you turn that off first. And then use this program. Works perfectly then ! 5*

Updating as of 8/14/2017. I have the lifetime subscription and use VPNSecure daily. This service is excellent, rarely drops out.. Honestly I'd say 99.5% the vpn stays connected. Depending on the host network the MBps speeds drop by less then 10%. Don't believe the 1 star reviewers, they clearly don't know how to use a VPN. So me servers are better then others... That's reality but many are excellent and the database is updated frequently. Very reliable, fast, stable, inexpensive, and easy to use. 5 Stars! Purchased lifetime subscription for a great deal... VPNSecure works excellent. I have found servers that exceed 12 mbps and have experienced very few disconnects. Highly recommended.

I bought a lifetime subscription, and it works great on my desktop. However, the mobile app doesn't have the "Stealth VPN" functionality, so it is much less useful on my phone. If this is fixed, than it would be 5 stars.

Puzzlingly, I never got the openvpn app to work due to my password being rejected (double checked as correct). Revised score to reflect quality of VPN service and app............................................. Original Post: Unusable. Paid for 2 days but after hours of technical support and many emails, still encounter error messages on its most basic function -connecting to any server. I am unable to use at all. Technicians unable to help at all. Regret putting any money down for such a major fail.

Update: logout and relogin seems to work. Hope it won't disappoint again.. Original: I'm a lifetime subscriber, and now it doesn't even connect! User overload?

Suggested improvements: 1- Choosing fastest server automatically 2- Connection and cipher options (e.g. SSH, RSA,CBC....) 3- Stealth VPN option 4- Add a section for (News, blogs, updates....) 5- The most important, Faster Servers

Been using over 2 years and have nothing nada too say. Their tech staff are quite to help solve problems.

Great Vpn, just wish you could swipe in the app front page to clear individual servers rather than the whole list of recent servers

Was reading research on app and was concerned about logs being kept...contact support and they were the bomb....bought lifetime on laptop got it up finally...loaded phone app..was a piece of cake...best out there and tons of support..thanks Mike

Only issue I have is the pc version...cant seem to install it to my router. If you are having slow speeds, try a connection close to you.

Pretty average, works very well in australia in terms of connection and securing traffic, but failed in Bali to even connect. Support had "no idea" so I had to uninstall.

No service when connected to any of the networks. Just freezes. No response from customer service

Works exceedingly well, simple and effective. Look at the settings screen after logon, and many options exist including saving user name and password, automatic start providing you select a favourite server.

After service is great. Live chat is even nicer! However, a kill switch would be great addition in your next update.

Connection drops but VPN shows it's still on... Same on Android and PC. Totally defeats the purpose!

I think I'm gonna drop this. I was getting faster speeds at home without it, my zip files they send me won't open and I can't get this to work on my Samsung Note 3
