A total spam.I had paid for 3 elite subscriptions only this year. Every now and then I loose my elite subscription and despite my communication with kryptotel cs they don't respond.
I have been loosing suddenly premium paid service. ..it is really annoying cause it happens when you news the service.It must be corrected immediately
I've paid for a year only had it 3 weeks and now says this service is only available for premium service, sent a email also.
3 month subscription has lot. I'm so disappointed. Any help

First, the customer service is great and polite, that's why I give it 2 stars. The app itself, however, works very randomly and sometimes doesn't connect at all in spite of strong internet signal, correct firewal settings etc. It just doesn't establish a connection, regardless of which country I try. If it does connect, the connection often simply breaks without notification. Several times I went through all the steps, uninstalled and reinstalled, reset my tablet and so on, but to no avail. Today I've canceled my subscription since I want a reliable, stable app, not some tinkering project.
As am paid money totally wastes. The technical people never support properly. I lost my money
I have paid for this app for nearly 3 years now. It was a 5 star app and went down to 1star. Since the last update it is working better, but time will tell.
I buy it today and it's not working at all servers . I lost 10 us $
I always get. "IP error cannot open TUN". I have restarted phone, cleared cache, reinstalled the app, but the issue persists.

Ramsch, customer service can't connect their own service and that after a two day chat. I had that same problem last year. After I complained to Google they finally got their act together. This time I will use a free service.
Premium user. This vpn whilst having a large number of servers, has few issues in usability and performance. First, the interface is simply awful and it has been that way for ages. Secondly it crashesh a lot. Finally, it takes ages to initially load the list of servers and connect to one. If other vpn serves take 10 seconds, this takes 45 seconds to a minute. I see no reason for updating server lists everytime thw vpn is launched. I hope the issues are solved soon or I won't be a customer for lonh.
So, having subscription problems .like maybe 5 times..every 3 months or so I loose premium service...so my solution...why keep paying..customer service poor as well...two choices if you looking flashvpn perfect and fast! Free! 2. Expressvpn pretrial works nice..but pay for premium..scare to pay again..stay with flash for now...just heads up if unsatisfied!
It used to work really well but now it keeps disconnecting on its own. Very sad to have to uninstall this app.
i have paid for a years subscription its been down over a week no where near fixing it only had it since the just over 2 month
Am a premium user but always says premium users only am buying this one 3 months pack only few days work when am update this one when am connect to VPN not connected more times am reinstall this app but same problem

This is very annoying, I have Premium Subscription, however it Runs on Trail version, Have contacted the Customer Support there is no response yet.I am losing my premium Subscription day by day Customer Care please respond ASAP.
