I ordered last dec 19 but they informed me today that i need to send them my scanned credit card and 2 gov ids to proceed with the purchase but i already paid them last dec 19. Waste of time... much better to order in metrodeal and lazada

The app is so slow I'd rather use the mobile Web browser to check your store. Web Browser is a lot faster. There's no point in using and installing this dedicated app for Takatack if the mobile Web browser is a lot faster.

I ordered watch last 7/25, had received the item 7/30 and its defected item the hand of the watch is not moving and they providing false information, item was sent back to the merchant, and supposed to deliver on this day 8/10, I waited for the whole day but no item was deliver. I HIGHLY SUGGEST NOT TO ORDER ON THIS SITE VERY POOR SERVICE! SLOW TRANSACTION! ITS BEEN 16 DAYS! AND WHEN I ASKED FOR REFUND THEY TOLD ME THEY NOT ALLOWING REFUND WHAT THE! TSK! POOR SERVICE

I'm giving one star for effort. It runs so slow despite having an LTE or high-speed dsl connection. Choppy response when scrolling upwards. Hitting the 'back' button on Note5 closes the app, need to use the in-app back button (meant for IOS use). Upon going back, it defaults to the bottom-most of the screen (where company details are located) and not where I took off. Lazada & Zalora apps aren't the best, but they are a lot better than this crap.

This app needs major improvements for it to be usable. First the app is very slow. Second the interface is counter intuitive, when you press the back button/key it should go back to prev screen. It should not cause the app to exit. Lastly the search function returns too many irrelevant results. I searched for an xbox 360 controller and the results were beauty products and other thjngs not even related to xbox, or controllers! I actually have to go to the second page to find the product i searched for.

Viewing problem on some item,back key problem and unresponsive. my first order was very succesfull and on par, my second order suck.. Still waiting for pick up by the courier after a week,
