Got this 2 days ago and what a piece of junk. Antenna does work but it's not working any better than purchasing cheap one. I got more channels with my old $20 antenna than what I have now with this one that costed me $69. App does not work as it closes automatically with error connect message as soon as application opens. Definitely not worth what I payed for it. Disappointed I ever bought this piece of junk.

I get an error that says please check device connected to the extender. Then it closes. Can't use. Purchased an antenna I can only use half the features. Hd reception is great though. App is useless so far. And after toying with it and also of course no one being available for support. This app is useless everything has to be done through the browser. Good antenna, useless app

Works good on wifi. Just do what the directions say. I had it working from the jump then later i was drunk and did something wrong. It was a little tricky to get the wifi app and device connected properly. Really needs proper instructions for this product!

The extender works as advertised. YOU MUST READ AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS. Initially I did not and had the same problem others had in the listed reviews. The antenna has the same obstacles any other has.

I have bad signal unless at window now with it set up in my one good WiFi spot I can use it to have WiFi anywhere in house.. it works fine it gets bad stars for user error or believing it will speed up your wifiif you have crap internet it will broadcast crap signal

Totally cheap. Not a single channel...and this is versus an old, outdated, non powered, non digital, nonHD... antenna that was plugged in. That at least picked up two channels .. tried calling support. Zero. Not even an answer...just long hold, with a supposed call back option...still waiting...perhaps after I return it I will get the call and be able to express my deepest" no thanks, and no thanks again... garbage.

Wireless extender work but antenna is not better than my homemade one. For people who got device connected error, connect to extender wireless then load extender IP (192.168.168.1 I think) into web browser.. Login/password - admin/admin

To the Developers of THIS particular app...I would recommend improving the application to have a separate "ROUTER SETTINGS" Option from that of the original. Tho it is a booster there are no real options to improve the boost i.e, (channel switching, refresh, static ip). Would be nice to implement those features. Let's see how good your tech team is...or are they still stuck in the past and can't improve to get with the times of today and the future? (Which is ever changing)

It worked great! If you guys are having an error, like I did, do this. Connect your phone to the antenna's wifi and then open the app. ????

Ok...I'm impressed...setup was actually very easy! From the hardware to wifi connection. Here is a tip: don't open the app UNTIL you connect to the Terk wifi network (look under the antenna for the wifi signal name & default password). You'll end up changing the wifi name and password afterwards. The HD tv channels are 100% legit HD! My husband bought this at Walmart. We don't have cable, just internet. This gives us free tv! Not all channels are clear though. Got 23 channels!

It works fine. You have to connect to the "Xtend" Wi-Fi instead of the house Wi-Fi so you can actually open the app to the settings. Once you set it up there will be a new wifi in your wifi setting. Connect to it then open the app. When u open the app you will see the Wi-Fi names in a list then u click your house wifi and put the house wifi pw in. Wait 60 secs and it should work

Unlinks to much. Have to re-start set up process continually. Still get bad reception. But once it is going its good.

For the people who are having problems with the error you have to go under the WiFi settings in your device and it will give you a name look under the antana there is your username and password content to the Antana and go to the app and follow the steps once set up connect your devices to the Antana what ever you named it . I got the same error problem. You should of got a antana. Follow the steps

Antenna works great, but I have spent over an hour trying to get the WiFi extender to work. Following the instructions to a "T"! Will not run the Link light on at all

How can I tell you anything when the app won't work for some reason or another. But as of now I'm thinking i was robbed and plan on sueing for false advertising both the maker and the seller Wal-Mart

Dissapointed at first but then figured it out antenna reception is decent and wifi amp is great. Well worth buying for a dollar.

Why don't they just fix the app or give everyone a full refund. DISAPPOINTED

I created a password and everytime i put the password in nothing but authentication problem's? And i wrote it down but it keeps happening? Any help

You can't reset it even though it tells you that it's not connecting it right I tried the reset button a million times and it doesn't reset it I think I wasted $70

App does not work on my phone thus I can't connect the wifi extender to any wifi spots.

I did exactly like the directions said, I connected to the xtn wifi before opening the app but I still keep getting the same error message check device connected to the extender

This app is Shiite and so is the antenna it came with. Wont connect

I wish the antenna had better range, but it's decent. The WiFi extender works well. All the people saying it doesn't work probably didn't follow the directions. You have to connect your device to the antenna BEFORE opening the app or it won't work.

I guess the app is as good as the antenna because neither works. App says error and closes right away. What a scam. I called 800 number for support and my call is in que, so I'm waiting on a call back. I will file a customer complaint with the Better Business Bureau, this is all about scaming people in hopes after you buy it you won't return it.

I picked this up the other day and decided to give it a shot. The HDTV signal is awesome with a 65 mile range which allowed me to pick up some 50 channels. The added bonus of this unit also being a wifi booster in an all in one piece of equipment is genius. Works great and set up was a breeze. Highly recommended.

App don't work can't connect to wifi waste of money wish I would of seen these reviews before my purchase. Good thing I have my receipt

APP does not connect for initial setup.. Always returns "check device". Refer to step 2 in the instructions I finally realized you have to connect by wifi to the antenna (SSID and Password on back of device). Then the app works great. You can setup using laptop, tablet, phone, or any wireless device. Using a computer/laptop you can just connect directly. No app or software is needed.

App different work nor does the product. Taking it back to the store for return. Extremely disappointed!

Antenna works great and so does the wifi extender after the latest update! Must have for a cord cutter.
