Voxme Inventory for Tablet

Voxme Inventory is a packing inventory recording and printing application that allows crew men, drivers and supervisors to quickly record detailed packing lists, print off the packing list in any language over Bluetooth onto any mobile printer, sign the customer on the screen and send the inventories back to the office. This solution is suitable for household goods removals as well as fine arts shippers. The level of captured inventory details satisfies the most rigorous security and quality requirements.

The application allows for taking photos of damaged or disassembled items as well as loaded liftvans and containers. Inventory entry is based on the standard company’s cubesheet and can be done in any language. Each package is assigned job reference driven unique barcode.

Job files can be created on the device, downloaded from the server or received by email if sent in Voxme xml format. Packing lists are emailed back in text and pdf along with signature and photos. In addition, inventory details are available in Voxme xml format for import into Voxme or any other move management system.

Voxme service activation is required in order to enable application configuration according to company's cubesheet, dictionaries, and materials, as well as packing list printing.
