Connection problem on galaxy note 5... android 6

Not connected issue on LG V20. Please fix ASAP

Wish it had an option to keep the screen on. Otherwise it reloads when I unlock my phone. Other than that im amazed what the software can do.

Great App...but no support for versions prior to Android 6

This is a cool app. It is handy to have the controls on an easy to use and easy to see user interface. When I first installed it on my OnePlus One the resolution was wrong which made it unusable. I contacted Vox and quickly got a response. They wrote a new version which addressed the issue. Excellent service! I am very impressed.

I used the correct MicroUSB cable to connect my Valvetronix 40 watt to both my Android OS phone and Windows Laptop. Both devices show 'not connected' ? I am not sure if my cord is incorrect, the Amp itself has a bad MicroUSB port, or User error.

Tone Room works pretty well on pc but it doesn't on android 6.0.1 nor iphone ios9. I tried different devices for each. Using pc is not always convenient. Please do fix.

I have an Android 6 smart phone. Bought 3 USB OTG leads as after it showed as "not connected" with the first I bought a 2nd. After this didn't work I bought one with a usb 2 and used the same lead I know works with my laptop. Still won't connect with my amp (VT40X). Works OK with laptop but didn't want to have to lug that around. Phone would be more convenient. Android compatibility is one of the reasons I went for the VOX amp as a lot of their competitors use Apple only. I don't have an Apple device ! Not happy. Update,. The software producers acknowledge that some Android devices are having connection problems and are hoping to work on a fix. However by their own admission this will take some time (ie not a quick fix) so in the meantime I am going to have to buy an Apple device at a cost of £150+ to get the most out of my VT40X. It is a good job the amp is worth keeping otherwise I would consider returning it as I feel it has been miss sold to me. Still not a happy chappy ! I have a Motorola Moto G 3 running Marshmallow (6). Tried with Moto G4 still no joy !!! Would be interested to know what Android devices ARE working with this amp from the previous positive contributors ?

Don't buy the amp for the app. Why none of these guys Fender, Marshall and Vox not actually make an app that works. If you want people to buy your modelling amps then fix the app FFS. There hasn't been an update for this app since Aug 2016. You're basically selling people a lie. I bought the VT40X partly because it was the only amp whose app I could download. You have to use a limited 3rd party app for Fender and Marshall's app is just plain broken.

Works fine on PC, won't connect to android device. I am using the correct cable. Disappointing

Great app works great on my Samsung Galaxy A tab The only problem is that the screen doesn't stay on too long unless you are using it editing stuff, would be great if the screen stayed on.
