Doesn't generate OTP. Can't even register through mail, as it always says 'Wrong mail ID'. Unable to use the app. Pls fix the issues.

Not even able to get registered in to this app showing always wrong mail id. I hate this app pls try fast and improve the app.

There is a issue in app. while registering it is not accepting email id and saying "wrong email id " . please fix this issue. we are unable to use this app

I'm a new user. When I click on register.. I've entered all the details asked. But clicked on submit button, it is showing invalid email id. How could that happen. I've only one email id.. how could I fix this problem??

Not able to update emergency contact numbers,app is getting stopped automatically. No able to see shuttle timings as well. Please fix this.

First of all there is no proper time to arrive at bus stops. They should follow at least a proper time to arrive bus stops.

I'm unable to register myself . I've seen the shuttles in the city, and was wondering how I can use the services .Unfortunately, I am unable to register myself . Can someone help me as my company also isn't listed on the application would I be able to utilise it ??

I'm registered but again it is telling to register and also not sending any otp. Plz check the issue as soon as possible.

OTP is not sent to the phone number provided during login.This is causing inconvenience in logging into the app. Please fix this.

Very good app to track she shuttle but sometimes doesn't show exactly where the bus is.

It shows wrong e-mail id for whatever e-mail id I enter for registration .

I had a great experience initially. But since last month service has become intolerable,not getting shuttle in the evening (inorbit madhapur route) since last 3 weeks. So irresponsible and irregular it has become. Even the app has no time chart from where we can atleast get the timing. They Change their services whenever they want,and no improvement in app. No point of giving whatsapp contact when there is nobody to response. Disgusting

Tried both personal and office e-mail IDs. Always says wrong mail ID. Also my company is not listed in the app. No option to type the company name myself, or no option as 'Others' in the list atleast. So can't go further. Pls fix these issues. Otherwise, the bus facility is very useful for working women.

When iam giving my personal email Id, its giving error message wrong email id. Why do you need to have only office email id

It's a worst application. even though I'm giving the correct email id, i'm not getting the activation link.it keeps saying the activation link has sent successfully to your mail.

I got myself registered but everytime I try logging in, it says request timeout. Wasn't able to login even once after registration.
