Muzecast Free Music Streamer

Five Stars (+) This App is by and far the BEST I have tried. (And I’ve sampled ALL that’s available). Muzecast streams musical content from my PC, to any, and (all) of my android devices - and then plays HD music through my Bluetooth speakers - FLUENTLY. This App has a user-friendly-styled-interface, with no annoying passwords, and is “OKAY GOOGLE” compatible TOO! What else can I say? It’s just BRILLIANT! Thank you Muzecast! Tony.

Does a great job. Used Subsonic for years, this is better.

I normally don't take time to leave reviews but I must say thank you for this wonderful app.

The server literally will not start up anymore no matter what I do. Very disappointed in this app now.

Edit 9/2/16.....love the update... You read my mind............. I have a digital music library on my desktop that I started in the 90s and have continued to add to it.... Now with Muzecast I can listen to it anywhere I am...even through the stereo system in my truck via blue tooth

This is one sexy UI and audio is crystal. A lot lot better that others I have tried and a peace of cake to set up . Also I have noticed unlike other streaming apps this is not a power guzzler . I will keep testing for a full 7 days and buy the add free to support the developer.

It's not without it's faults, but it is the best replacement for the debunked Audiogalaxy (thanks for that, Dropbox)

Amazing app and Customer service

Unfortunately it has a bug that causes it to crash often on my Oneplus One.

I love this program. The only weird thing that is annoying is that "play next", "play last", and "add to playlist" (selecting the current auto created playlist) all add the song next in the que. I can't find a way to add a song to the end. other than that it is an amazing program!

Love this app. Easy to use and setup. Recommend to everyone that needs to stream audio from their desktop to other devices on the go.

This is a fantastic app for re discovering and playing music from your pc very entertaining and works very well which after all is what its all about! I also have paid fire stick version which is also very good. So why 4 stars? It absolutely needs chromecast support. I hope the developers have that in hand as I think many users will buy the paid version if and when that happens.

This app was exactly what I've been looking for for quite a while! Great job on the app. Recommend for anyone and everyone with an extensive music collection that won't fit on their devices storage.

I have a huge, and growing music collection on my ext hard drive. now I can listen to my collection without being in front of my desktop. I use this app on my tablet and mobile. Making playlists is fun and easy. I would strongly recommend this app, and I'm going to pay for the full version.

This is the kind of app that makes me glad I'm an Android user. It has an excellent internal equalizer too.

I love this app.songs get loaded within seconds on my home WiFi but on mobile network its really slow.20kbps is really slow on 4G. Is there any solution

App seems great! Quick question, if I enable they stream in FLAC option and select mobile quality optimal over mobile data will it stream in FLAC or not? I'm hoping to stream in FLAC on WiFi but vbr on mobile data as I'm unfortunately not unlimited.

Going to buy the paid version. The quality of this app is top notch. No initial hassle or bugs is awesome.

And if it is just like audiogalaxy, I'm going to buy this. And thank you team for making a free version to try. Makes me want to go pro, and I hardly go pro easily, it takes convincing. Like I said, 3 stars to try for now.

Love it! Only one gripe...how do you get it to play songs in my folder in order? It keeps shuffling my songs! My songs are in order, in my folder.

It's not without it's faults, but it is the best replacement for the debunked Audiogalaxy (thanks for that, Dropbox)

I updated my Muzecast on my PC (Win 7 64-bit) and I do the whole procedure to add a new folder to be streamed but won't actually add it. After rebooting (or even without rebooting) I have to login with password and username to find out no changes have been made. My phone says connectivity to my pc has been lost.

This app is, hands down, the best way to access a remote music library.

It still lacks the web client, but it's actually a little better to the phone. Easy to set up, it did a great job finding tags for everything, and it works great.

I have searched for songs and I cant find none of them! Is there something Im doing wrong????? Rap and pop didnt even have Michael Jackson!!!!!

Vorlan Group, you have done an amazing thing here. I was a huge fan of Audiogalaxy and I was upset when they shutdown, but now with this, I get the same. if not better, service that I had. The only issues I have noted so far, (I apologizes if they have already been mentioned)are 1. Sometimes, my songs will start to skip. Seemingly out of nowhere and then there is no way that I can find to fix it. I am not sure what it is that I do to make this happen, but it has done it to a few songs now and it is kind of annoying. Luckily I have a huge library, so I have plenty to choose form. 2. The app will randomly tell me they I have lost connection with my PC client, even though it is still running at home. I have had my wife check it for me and it says it is working fine. Sometimes it will still let me play songs and I chalk it up to a glitch but, other times it will not do anything. Both these issues I can live with. Most of the time they fix themselves, but I thought it would be nice to see a permanent fix for both issues if possible. Still giving you 5 stars because I love what you had done and I use this on a daily basis, even with it's minor flaws. Keep up the good work!

Very good app but it will not play my wma files can you help

Totally uninterested in web stream music that i have been seeing, i have music and i want to play MY music not what a streaming service thinks i want to listen to. Been looking for weeks for an app/software like this and BAM here it is Thanks a ton for this :)

Easily the best home library streaming app I've found. I've used several different options and this app buffers less, plays better and more reliably even on weak networks, and has plenty of features on the free version other apps want to charge for.
