Vonage Mobile® Call Video Text

The rates are buggy. I can call virtually anyone in my list, but a few US cell numbers they want to charge me...and 800 Toll Free, well NOT with Vonage they want 2.1 cents per minute...the same as calling China !! To be a good app, this should just work as a "softphone" and give me all the same features (and rates) as my landline Vonage plan has...extremely disappointed.

For new users it should have a few free coins to start with just to try out its services..I uninstalled the app

It doesn't have good international rates for calls it's very expensive, if it just for the app it's the same like the rest of them I already have Skype no need to download another one

Im not happy and thinking to switch on other apps coz they been cutting down my minutes eventhough no answer my call on the other line once it start ringing they start xutting down ir minutes not fair

I've tried to place several calls and keep receiving a WRONG NUMBER message, then I dial directly from my mobile and the numbers turn out to be right.

Every time I try to phone internationally, my interlocutor can't hear me or the sound quality is beyond bad... waiting for a fix or update of this app but none since I installed it couple of years ago. Still using the app for local call as credit on it. But very disappointed as I downloaded it for international calls to start with...

I have been using this app past few years and its excellent but past 2 days it started giving me a lot of trouble. I am not able to make calls and if somehow connected then not at all able to disconnect. Its just getting hang everytime. Any help will be highly appreciated.

This app was great.... until they hit you with recharge credit. I had had the app for nearly 4 years with free calling. But now Like a prepaid service you must now pay for minutes.. Trash. We download vonage because it's free. Now it's just went into the garbage can of the app store for greed. 1 star if you agree.

Idk what happened but now when I try to sign into the app it says it's the wrong password. I sign in online it's works just fine. Will canceling service if I can't see it on my phone

I will rewrite my review if called back or email.toward my 6 complaining calls and sorry but good bye and hello is NJ way of state is cutting you off. So training of what and how to used to who and when is another problem one esglaisted I hope done. Thank you and I teach them but ask my education level. Let's prove there's

(Update) 8/25/17 I purchased 4.99 credits (USD). After placing first call inside U.S. I discovered that calls within the US are no longer free. I changed my 4.5 star rating to 2 stars to express my dissent and dissatisfaction. To maintain customer loyalty, Vonage will listen to the customers or lose customers.

Hi, your application isn't fully compatible with Android 7... There's compatibility issue that your app prevents the user to turn the flashlight on in order for the user to be able to have function of the device flashlight the user must first open your app in order to be able to use flashlight from device... Your app has a hold on "flash in use" even if the user isn't using your app... Can you update your app? Thank you

Half the time whether on Wifi or LTE it won't connect. Other times it tells me I don't have enough credits for FREE calls. But, when it does finally work, good call quality.

Vonage co changes rates on local usa calls, but never notifies customers. Excellent 5 star app otherwise, can not trust the rates anymore! Sad. Hope it doesn't go downhill...

how can i add credits? when i tried through Google pay option it showing payment unsuccessful. is there any method to pay directly using debit or credit cards?

Its good and easy! Cant imagine to reach out people abroad with normal calls, its so expensive! & other online apps are not that effective and with clarity as vonage is! Thank you, vonage! :)

Ugh! This used to be one of my favourite apps but for some reason I can't sign up for this app on my new phone... Thus I am unable to use it ... I will change my review once this is fixed!

I have installed this app but once it gets to the signing up part it just doesn't work. I am so disappointed because I expected more due to what I already heard about the app. Once it gets to verification the app just closes and says sign up again before I can type in the verification code.please fix it

Was working fine till last few months. It's not allowing to make any outgoing calls since 2 months. Nothing wrong from the app. Must be on server side

Use to love this app but not sure what happened. Now I am getting a request to add credits to make calls to numbers I've never had to pay for before.

Well. IPhone Vonage app keeps the latest updates and is much better to make calls. Unlike android app has bugs, keeps cutting the call. And that is on LTE on high speeds. While on WiFi is even worst.

All phone calls to Republic of Congo (+242) are not working. Please reply or fix, I'll give 5 stars.

I love the experience I have using vonage, but please bring back the option for incoming calls.

Easy and intuitive to use. Nothing in life is free, so to what extent are these free services? Idk. But its made some distant relatives smile, so that counts for something. Good app

I'm trying to make a free call and it's not going true so I don't know what's wrong.... please help me sort it out

The app will not recognize my email. I logged in to my account online and verified my email. This version of the app will not allow me to log in.

Before the recent update you could link your phone number to the app and make free calls to any number over wifi on any phone. Now you have to either pay to make calls or have the other party install the app.

We were in Mexico when we began to use the app. Pros: ONLY WITH WIFI we were able to send and receive calls to and from USA numbers went through with minimum issues,and the received videos through message ok. CONS: While in Veracruz Mexico; No single call nor text were through and received from Mexican numbers, and we were charged just to dial, NO VIDEO CALLS AT ALL, calls drops consistenly, when a call succeed; interference is a constant issue.

It was five stars until today when now credits are needed for calls now smh it'll stay at one until it's free again and if not free deleting it

Really scumy practices, before it was FREE calling the US now they decide to charge out of nowhere! Uninstalling this garbage and going back to magic jack.

It's a worst app now not making calls any more I think they show solve the problem

We have used Vonage for 6 years. And across from us to uk. I downloaded vonage to all my family members phones or told them to. Its a lifesaver.

I thought only international calls were not free. I now have to pay just to call US

This app works exactly as advertised. Call quality is great and it even uploads all your contacts for you. No complaints whatsoever yet.

Free calls has stopped and I didn't get a notification saying they want to stop free calks But the app is good

I try to register and error says we can't register you now.
