I like that volvo manuals are easy to have on the phone. Very useful app.

#READ AND FOLLOW STEPS BELOW# FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW TO WORK AROUND THE ERROR MESSAGES. Step1 - Allow storage access in your Settings so it can actually download the info to your phone. Step 2 - When you load the App for the First time it will prompt you to look for your cars manual PRESS CANCEL! Step 3 - It will then take you to the correct person where you can manually enter your info and download you cars manual. I hope this has helped...Good day and God Bless...

It won't load the manual. Is this a luxury vehicle company? It seems very concerning they haven't updated this app since May with all the complaints. Almost like they don't care to have good customer experiences.

Just failed to work! Sounds like a great idea but the app doesn't display any documents even after I select model etc. Disappointed as it seemed a good idea.

App has a storage permission error. I was able to make it work thanks to another reviewer, but why Volvo hasn't pushed such an easy fix for this?

After an upgrade failed to download properly. Uninstalled and tried to reinstall but did not work. Now have non owner's manual

Unable to use the app. Does not download the manual to my xc70 even with Volvo On Call installed. Can't manually add my vehicle.

App. a retrograde step to previous, won't allow model year to be input,and therefore won't open. Useless.

Doesn't work. Tells me that the manual is downloading. Nothing happens. Other apps on my phone work like charm.

UK car but manual is of LHS car.

This app needs a troubleshooting section, for example I am having issues with my tailgate not opening and the driver profiles not changing automatically in our 2017 xc90. the search field does not work well, a "driver" search does not find anything "driver profile" does work.

Love it. My V40 is amazing, but my dealership helped me lot with the car and the app

I have a brand new V40, no manual in the app.

No support for V40. Lame.

Poor interface. Then the manual just refused to load. I deleted and reinstalled - no change

Volvo Stinks

I've been using it for 1 month now. It's very convenient. Sometimes search fails for an unclear reason, but in those cases the index feature is handy. It also comes handy to simply browse and learn about the features of the car that I didn't know the car even had!

Horrible user experience. Zooms out on every page turn. Doesn't react properly on two fingers stretch (zoom in): it turns to the next page instead zooming in 50% of cases. It's really useless with this snappy behaviour. PDF version is Easter to read and handle. Really got me irritated in time of need.

You've turned an great app into something useless. Previously configuration lost on upgrade and cannot find data for my 04 S60 (which was there).

A great App to have handy on my phone as I get used to my new car. Great for checking how to use features I don't use every day.

Samsung S6 app working prior to upgrade now get out of memory error!!

Pretty useless when search feature does diddly. What are your app developers smoking?

This version gives an error after selecting my vehicle.

It was very good before update but now displays Ony Volvo on screen and does nothing else

After several downloads and failed installs it worked... ONCE! Extremely frustrating.

Great app, does what it is supposed to. Works fine with both the mobile and car. Great to locate car, keep trip journal, lock-unlock car, send destinations to Nav. Fantastic!
