I set up a local store who's inventory changes almost daily I'll really like that I can make changes to products on my phone but I can't add photos if I add a new product please fix that

Doesn't work at all. Galaxy S7 nothing to report. Useless

Not accessible to view documents on Google Pixel

Needs 2 things. 1 the ability to add photo on products from app. 2 ability to add phone orders or change orders from app. Then it would be perfect 5 stars please update.Needs photo ability.

The reporting isn't very useful at all and while you can adjust inventory or process orders with the app it still lacks a lot of basic functionality. For example no access to coupon codes. App crashes a lot and sometimes won't login at all. It's on par with the rest of the platform I suppose.

I am so sick of logging in over and over and over. Please fix this horrible glitch. Been waiting two years now. This app is useless.

What would be really, extremely useful would be an audible alert/notification as to a sale. I'm sure other users who use alternative websites in addition to their main website get the same joy I do hearing an alert/tone when a sale is made. A simple request, no? Update: 9/28/16- app will not accept my username and password anymore. All info is correct and I can't login.

This app no longer let's me log on, saying the user name and password do not match the records. I was using it for a couple of weeks with no problems, then this happened (started last Friday) I am able to get on their normal site, with no problems. I have since uninstalled the app. Will reinstall when problems are fixed.

I emailed the android support team about a login issue and haven't received a reply in over 2 weeks.....still no response. 1/2/16. Still can't log into the app.

Most of the time my orders won't load and dashboard is empty with a error message "your administrator account does not have permission" :/

Used to apply changes easily but now can't login to my account using the application.

I've been using this app for months now and recently it won't accept my password and email combination. All my credentials work fine when I sign on through the computer.

Great way to do online business. Volusion makes it easy to get started.

I only use this app to check on orders. So far so good.

Clean, easy to use. Great way to get overall idea of store performance. Only thing that i would like to see is thath it could do better with notification options.... i.e. every order, certain items are ordered, revenue benchmarks are hit, etc

I have tried multiple times to "capture" payment on sales through the application and it has never worked. It showed one sale as captured so I sent the product out only to find out later that it glitched our system and they had not paid for the item yet. Only useful thing this application does is allow me to manually check if I have orders randomly. Needs a push notifications of some sort as well.

Great for orders and product management. It could use some enhancements, but overall a good tool to connect real-time to your Volusion store. I can see the mobile app becoming the preferred site management tool among Volusion store admins. -mike

Always after i loggin after few days it doesnt show anything.its all blank

Bug fixed seems yo be fixed for me but I would like to see notification options such as turning off the notifications of low inventory

Still getting use to this app but it is much easier than signing on the laptop. Ty volution

Will definitely earn 5 stars when I can add products and use the POS function from the mobile app. As a business owner It's very frustrating and cumbersome having to process orders through a laptop when I'm at an event selling products! The app is definitely moving in the right direction, just a few key features are missing!

I've sent multiple emails, regarding a major issue with reporting. My issue is clearly stated, many users with same issue. I don't have time to call. I don't understand why reporting is shown as a rolling 24 hours. Retail businesses need to see reporting from 12:00am to 11:59pm. NOT a rolling 24 hours. I want to see day over day results. Rolling 24h reporting makes no sense, it's useless to my business. It's really unfortunate that Volusion will not take comments by many users and make some changes.

It's so much easier to view simple Web sales data on android than it is on the dashboard. It would be good for the Web Development team to take a look at what the Android staff has done here.

For some reason it has stopped loading my data. Uninstalled it! Fix it. Then I'll re download it. Thanks!

Decent app for keeping up from home, but buggy and crashes intermittently

Awesome app wish it would have a section that you can do and send your email newsletters that would be awesome!!
