Voltage SecureMail

Worked fine for liberty mutual until recently. Now cannot open attachments to secure email on mobile app, cannot send secure mail on mobile app, and cannot print secure email on mobile app. If I delete the app, I can open and print attachments as well as emails by using the browser ....kind of deletes the purpose of having a mobile app???

The mobile app has not connected to the server since yesterday, Friday evening. Please fix it, I cannot access my work or schedule.

I mean you see the complaints. We know you do. You just don't care or what? Is there a fix coming for this so it works? My complaint is the same as 9/10 of the others. Says it is not mobile whatever... Redirects me to web based application which doesn't work on phone. What a waste of time and space.

Garbage garbage garbage garbage garbage. My bank insists on using this crap and I'm about to switch banks just to avoid this garbage. Constantly cannot connect to server. It is going on 10 hours of trying to read a "secure email". It is so secure I can't even read my own email!!

Hate that the bank forced me to download this app to review documents. Wasted my time trying to open the attachments. I check the reviews and see that not much has changed.

Unsupported garbage. Last update in July 2015 and it seems to be the last time this app had a developer. No password reset option, no responses from support and no option to reach anyone at all. I sincerely hope companies stop giving them money and forcing this onto their customers. Absolute garbage.

Says it doesn't have mobile mode enabled and redirects to an empty webpage on my phone. Totally worthless and now I can't read an important email from Kaiser Permanente.

This is the worst company out there. I have called numerous times and even email them more regarding my issue with being locked out of the system. They have a zero response time, they don't respond to you at all. I hate the fact that my bank has forced me to use them in order to view my own documents.

Not impressed, won't let it go to Mobil app, get redirected. Had to install it to get an email from Dr. otherwise would never use it, or recommend it.

Like others. Says attachment cannot be opened using mobile app, then sends me to web based page. When I attempt to use web based page, it downloads a file to my phone which it then says cannot be opened..

Not showing an email and the error message is nonsense. I received a message_zdm.html, it opens in this app, then displays..... : The security settings of this system prevent you from sending new secure messages. I can't believe with all the bad reviews, it still hasn't been fixed. Please get it together. Have this app ever worked correctly, besides wasting space.

What a pain to read a simple email and it doesn't even work. Aetna, how are we supposed to read your stupid emails if your app doesn't work?

The company using this feature will not fax even when this app does not work for retrieving quick important documents. Had to revert to US Mail.lol.

Always had an error message as I try to open email. So stressful!

With my Gmail account having been hacked so many times it's great to know that I have another level of encryption on both my phone and email.

The whole point of this app is to be able to send emails with attachments securely. Unfortunately, there is no way to attach attachments in the app! Useless.

After logging mh 4 digit code, i get a msg saying thats it diesnt look like the app has been enabled? Redirecting to web. . Waste of time space.

Error downloading never happens. It said I did not have enough storage,after deleting several apps STill Did NOT download! What a waiste of time!!!!!

Installed app, tried to open message, says it doesn't have app and tries to open in Web based and fails again. Bit of advice from developer would help seen as everyone has this issue!

This app is designed for one thing, opening secure emails. It doesn't work. It's therefore absolute garbage.

I tried a couple different ways to see if I was doing something wrong. It just redirected me to the website every time.

I receive an error and am redirected to a browser page which also doesn't work.

I open click the icon a instructions page say a few things that'd all so it's not compatible with my HTC my 6.0 I am uninstall unless someone can fix it.

It work fine but keep saying mobile is not enable, then take me to the actual website

Cannot open word document attachment in secure mail box. I click and it forwards me to word but then it fails (cannot open file)

Same problem as many others have encountered. Won't open document, redirects you to web based reader and still won't open document. Stinks.

If I could give it no stars if I could. Don't work

The app is stuck trying to read a secure message with a dialog stating 'Opening... Please wait' and never returns.
