Astoria: Fate's Kiss

4.5 stars actually, but not 5. This game actually surprised me with how much I liked it. For starters, I love the protagonist. She is really well done. The love interest are all really good too. I actually bough them all! This is the only voltage game I can ever say that I actually enjoyed everyone. My main issue though is that some romance options are treated better then others. For example, for Cerberus and Chimera they only get 2 stories in season 2 and maybe 3, while the others get 3 each season.

So here's the prologue... But now every episode after is 2.99 so all you get is a prologue. No thanks. Also there are very few choices. It doesn't seem like you have a hand in the story at all. Be prepared to just tap your screen 100 times till the episode is over. Not impressed.

There's only praise for the way this game handles its characters and storylines. I especially love the lgbt+ options, Medusa and Cyprin are absolutely adorable. The art style is very good as well. I actually think the prices are ok, although I would appreciate more bundles in the future for the other seasons. What really bothers me is that navigation isn't intuitive at all. The menus are confusing and feel a bit cluttered. It would be good if this could get an update!

I really liked the storyline. All the characters ate well done but it's just too expensive. I bought the season 1 hydra story bundle for $7.99. For that price I should be able to read every season of every character. That price is just ridiculous for what you get. So I ended it there and uninstalled.

I don't usually play these types of games for long cause the story line can get kind of boring but this game had me hooked from the beginning. I couldn't stop playing and trying to get the perfect ending. Loved it!!

I'm in love with Hades story! The others are good, but there is just something special about him. Although, I would love for Hercules to get his own story line. One where he ends up with the Heroine, and is not the bad guy. I would really, really pay for that one.

I love that the characters are believable, as opposed to some of the other games with the forced, nauseating dribble. Very fun!

Great characters, great stories. Hades is the best and my most favorite. The main character herself is great as well. She actually has a spine, especially compared to the Japan based Love Games I was playing before I found this game. Love love love

I played through all the main season 1 routes save Cerberus. They all have something different to offer, but the stand-out was definitely Alex Cyprin! What a great character and what a fun, sweet, heartbreaking/heartwarming route. The only thing that makes me sadder than having finished the whole route is that there aren't yet any specials or season 2 stories for Cyprin! I can only hope they are in the pipeline. Other great things: a protagonist with personality and a great cast of secondary characters!

I have most of Voltages stories/games and I have never complained about the price or having to pay for the stories. As a working adult, I realize that these wonderful stories and illustrations are NOT free and I wouldn't expect them to be. BUT...with that being said I do think this one is pretty expensive for what you get. I just finished all the characters for Sakura Amidst Chaos and you get 16 chapters for $ 3.99. Not so with this one. I have no problem paying, but I do think the stories should be longer for the price point. Regardless, it still is a fantastic game and I love the strong personality of the MC. And I will most definitely continue buying the stories as they come out. Hades has fast become my favorite character;) Edit: I have to say Alex is my new favorite now....then Hades lol

Ep 1, Alex: Super cute! The writing is great and Alex is adorable~ <3 Ep 2: Still very squeecute. Good job making these characters lovable. Ilu May. But the end hits a cliche I don't like. I'm sure ep 3 will resolve it, but still.

I'm not normally one to spend money on romance apps, but the concept and the unique set of characters had me hooked. Fantastic writing, pretty art, and most importantly, happy endings! No matter what choices you make, you're guaranteed a happy ending at the end of each season, which is super nice. Not a bad ending or unnecessary character death in sight! Overall, a wonderful, progressive game that I love to bits and pieces. ♡♡♡

Voltage USA's inclusion of female love interests (and with Cyprins upcoming route, non binary love interests) is honestly everything I've been waiting for in these games. As well as an MC who can hold her own and carry a badge but also know when she's out of her league. I have this weird sense of pride about the direction the company is taking.

Let me put Medusa in one pocket and Hades in the other. Edit: Actually... Let me make more pockets for all of them because they are all precious and beautiful X_x Even the unromanceable characters... </3 Cyprin. It is weird how, even though I started Alex Cyprin's route knowing for a fact that as a non binary person I would be romancing someone like me, I still was not expecting how I felt seeing May jokingly use the Mx. prefix when teasing them, or the MC asking before removing their binder. I honestly cried at both points those in the story. Thank you, seeing someone like me in a game meant more than I can truly express.

It is hard to find good (or any sometimes) representation for lgbt+ people in games. Having not only a lady love interest but someone outside the gender binary also, which I have found nowhere else, is so important. Being able to experience Medusa's & Cyprin's routes filled my heart with joy to the point of breaking and I have definitely cried more than a few times playing those routes just from happiness of finally seeing myself in a game. And not just a game but a well done game that cares how it's seen

Finally, an app that jus gets it RIGHT! Medusa, Alex, Hades - love of every shade! I know they've come out with a similar app but the touches of Greek mythology make this my go-to app!

Only problem I have is the white text on light colored background in the log makes it hard to read and if you stop in the middle of an episode you have to start it over. Other then that it's a+++ and I love Medusa and Alex

I downloaded this game when it first came out, under its old name, and I love it. I just finished Cyprin's half of the Pride special story and I'm so happy for the LGBT options in this game. On behalf of LGBT otome game lovers everywhere, thank you for making this game!

The storyline is beautifully written, and I can date Medusa and also a nonbinary demigod. What more do you need from a game, honestly? (The answer is nothing)

So I gave this 5 because Medusa's route was great but dang I wish I could bump this up for Cyprin. Their route was so good! I'm glad their route became a reality.

Everything is amazing! Beautiful art, awesome music, likeable characters including a really great mc with personality and queer love interests yesssss. The writing is absolutely astonishing too. The pricing adds up so im only really going to be able to afford one route but i totally understand. Would like it if the text could have more of a contrast so it was easier to read though.

I really enjoyed both seasons of Hydra. I also liked what I have seen so far of Hades. This reminds me of a romantic fantasy novel, but the images are beautiful. A great read.
