Voler - Self Drive Car Rentals

Voler cars are not punctual, Always make delay of about 1 to 1.5 hour. Most negligible service attendants. Even provide the car with completely drained fuel tank at mid night too. Because of these delayed services our trip plan became absolute. Don't go with VOLER cars

Irresponsible crew. Once a car is booked, takes forever to verify uploaded license - called twice, mailed twice, chatted thrice on that. Late when it comes to delivering the car and picking up the car. Even worse? More than ten days past a car was booked and returned as well, but still shows in upcoming section. Saw no use in contacting customer support on this too

Have booked my service for 9 am morning, but no confirmation till 10:15 and when driver called he said he will reach by 12 pm . 3 hours delayed. What the hell is this.. worst ever service. Don't rely on them. Go for zoom or any other ... Worst company ever I had opted for. No help from customer service either

I booked a car @ 10pm swift ..they delivered me i10 @11.30pm...and very worst services volers made with customer. ..such dirty app...dont go to volet let us try myles and other services. ..because of the delay Ij booked for taxi and paid 2000....and very rash behaviour. ...plzz dont choose the voler service. Dont go to voler service

They are a big cheat. Never take a car from them. They charged me and didn't provide me with the car and they don't have the courtesy to speak to me about that. The whole night was ruined because of this cheats. Never ever book from here , they just attract with some offers, but u will regret renting it from here and you will be paying way more than what is mentioned. #bigcheats and they haven't refunded my money yet.

Inspite of mixed reviews about Voler, we decided to use their service and they did an excellent job. We booked Scorpio and they provided almost a new vehicle, neat and clean. However they were late by 1 hour in picking up and dropping off the car but that's fine considering the traffic and other conditions..!!! Keep it up Voler!!

Im quite confused.. in the discription of the company policy its mentioned that the petrol tank will be completely filled n given and and then while returning v need to.fill it up again n give it back & in the reviews pll hav written we need to fill the fuel in the beginning itself. I wanna know how it works. Pune.

I was planning for a 4 day trip in banglore,finalised everything & was about to make payment on voler website but then decided to download the app & do it but everytime I install it the app gives some error & does not open. Tried to contact customer care but nobody picks up the call. Then started browsing the comments & now I am not able to convince myself to do any transaction with Voler

Cars are way better than Zoomcar. But the customer care contact number is pathetic. No one takes the call. Plus the guy named quite late to pick the car up while dropping. I waited for an hour to drop the car, no one came.

More than 10 days , not refunded my security money and brake of car was so loose that I nearly met with an accident. Even customer care is not picking up calls even after waiting 15-20mnts... Please don't use voler car service I booked my car 3 fab I picked car on time I drop car before time I use car only 50 km I fill 500 petrol I give car as it they give me I pay 1500 rs for security deposit today 18 Feb I called last 8 day regularly every time they give me a day time for my refund but still I don't get my refund

Whenever i trying to enter phone number den i recieveing otp. But whrn i entering that otp in ur app . Message shown - enter correct otp. In an upgraded version. Resolve

Cheated us! Not even responding now . We book swift car in Banglore in requested location and later ended up to cancel our plans . You people are least bother to acknowledge us whats wrong. Didn't provide the car and didn't process refund. Unethical job your doing!

I had booked Swift for 11th Feb afternoon. Just one hour before I get a call from Voler stating that the car is damaged by previous customer and alternative car is not available. Hence the booking is cancelled from Voler side. Great blow just before an hour. If Voler could not make alternate arrangements from their fleet, they should do something externally to showcase their commitment towards customer. Voler is not reliable. What the duck is wrong with your app.. Why does it always shows Delhi location. We don't even have an option of changing the location to Bangalore. By default it shows Vacant Kunj location. We can't even change the location to Bangalore. Better work on this problem or close the app. I had to go through the cancellation after booking a ride.

Fraud company Sabse ghatiya company revv and zoomcaris the best to provide self drive car. Maine booking ki thi 3rd March 8am ki lemon 2nd March ki east ko inka call aaya ki booking cancel Karni padegi gadii accident case m hai. Maine bola ki Koi or car provide Kardo Meri dadiji bimar h unko leke Jana h Jaipur lekin inhone Na car di or Na payment. Fraud.

Voler like other self drive service provider does not have limitation in liability in case of damage to vehicle. I was shocked to know this fact. In fact lucky, because want to try voler. To all persons using voler, be aware that in case of any accident or damage to vehicle u will have to bear complete cost. The same has been confirmed by the customer care executive of voler.

I gt my car after 2hrs of booking time. Booked for 10.30am they deliverd car @12.30!!!!! I ddnt get any calls or informations about the late delovery from voler. U cant connect to customer care without waitng for 30mins!!!!! Bt the custmer care budds r nice . I got a good condition car and had a nice drive. Bt the probleum is they dnt value our precious time!!!!!!!!!!!

I booked one time. I got my car on time in neat and clean situation. But there are 2 problems one is you dont provide original paper and secon is your DL verification department is not good. I returned car but still showin verification pending

Fraud company, i had a booking for 2 days. In fist 3hr only my car met with breakdown and they cancelled my booking. Now they are not refunding my money and telling that due my driving only it happened. I driven only 70kms from pickup time. Cheating company. This people are open cheaters

Please improve your pickup and drop service. I had booked voler many times but driver will come after 15 minutes of the pickup for e.g if the pickup time is 7:00 AM then driver will come at 7:15 or 7:30 AM and the same happens with drop also.

Didn't use the service but after looking at the comments can't take the risk

Support system is always busy and no one cares about customer being charged for calls.

Customer support needs to more informative and adhere to the some timelines.

I hired swift for a week, car was neat and clean, pick up and delivery was very smooth and the car did not gave any trouble. So enjoyed alot, You can definetely say yes for Voler cars and really affordable and better service than other like zoomcar and revv. But the only drawback is they wont provided the orignal documents of car so sufferrd alot for that and learned my leason. So please do provide orignal documents so others will not face same issue.
