With Voith OnCare CM, it is easy to measure vibrations and display this data to store or transmit directly! It is a helpful tool for troubleshooting and preventive measures, a smart solution with the first step in the professional maintenance for your machinery.

This application of OnCare CM is a part of a condition monitoring system (CMS). Using the internal motion sensor simple vibration measurements in three directions are possible, the time signal and frequency spectrum (in acceleration and velocity) are displayed in charts, can be stored and shipped directly by email. For each measurement in CSV format locality, comments, machinery, production and environmental information can be added. Also screenshots of charts and a photo of the measuring point environment can be appended.

For professional machine diagnosis greater demands are often part of the sensor is needed. With the addition unit MD200 is it possible to transfer a higher quality of vibration values via Bluetooth. The unit is equipped with 6 measuring channels and thus versatile applicable.
