VoipFibre - Free Calls

lacks clarity and it only worked for 1st few calls.. Next day i tried to make call all my account balance dissapered. Not zero, but doent show anything. Cannot login to the account aswel. poor design. my recharge amount just gone..!

I feel like cheated by purchasing this facility. Couldnt make a single call after i purchased for 5 euro. As per the comments here i send mail to their customer care, no actions so far.Even after repeated requests no response. Looks like a fake company they made it to steal money from cuatomers. Please do not fall for this voip service.

Calls are getting connected only after enabling vpn. No encryption for VoIP blocked countries. with itel dialer plus it was working fantastic. But now showing that demo expired.

Not able to make calls via this app. Call is getting failed. Contacted support team. Not responded. Windows app is working.Sound is too low

So tried with email one, guess what when I did next with the same name and password, that you already put from what I put. Says wrong password and name.

Cannot make calls, feel cheated I recharged with 10 euros. I still cannot make calls. Very bad app. wasting our money.

Cheap app they say they have free calling but it's not free it's paid Cheap non cultured ppl just cheting waisted my time downloading this crap What should i mail to the developers you know that it says free but it is not free.i recommend every user to shift to groove IP.its free

I was felt cheated. I Credit 5 euro. I am unable to make call. Call is failed and not connected. I have raised ticket no is 926696. Please help me to resolve or refund my money.

Im using this from last one year and haven't any problem, calling quility is good Customer care take time to respond but provide solution so for me its been a good experience

I was not able to call. I try to logout and login. But I can't login. I reset my password but with new password also they are telling wrong password. Worst application.

The app is cheating users. They have a lower calling rate advertised in the website. But the application is charging a much higher rate.

App works smoothly, sometimes the voice quality isnt that great, but hey who says you get everything when its cheap :) Overall pretty nice app.

Voice delayed... Difficulty in connection when low data speed

No app is better than voipfibre. They have best rates with top quality voice call.

Payment amounts in euros.. No credit card option to add money. Waste of time

Using this since months now.. cheap for my use.. only issue is it keeps losing connection randomly with wifi while works good with mobile networks

Loved their latest update for minutes balance. Great quality.

I recharged with 10 euros. I still cannot make calls. The calls fail and a message " payment required" pops up. The app shows that the balance is 10 euros. Please refund my money or fix the problem. I have registered this problem on customer suppprt but they never responded. Please do not use this app.

Its been one months. These people still have not refunded my money. I am really fed up following up with these idiots. I will please warn you not to use this application.

It was working fine for first time recharge then after i had voice delaying issues..so much that i dont hear voice for 30 seconds sometime. From today my voice is not reaching other side......very sad disappointed.

I was top up for 5 Euro.. after I using few then till morning I have balance 3.65 Euro something now I trying to make call its shows 00.00 balance in my account... kindly help me to clear this issue...

After using two calls, euro 0.012 & 0.116 my balance shows 4.83 euro(recharge amount is euro 5.00). I could not calculate how comes my balance being less by 0.042.

Almost all the time you will get message failed. Worst app and call quality too low

This app fails to serve the purpose and is a sheer example of non compliance to the business ethics of your organisation, I registered a complaint after trying every possible app recommended by your web page for android users and was replied to after more than 48 hours with just a note saying "try again" that's all , and I did so only to realise that nothing's changed for better the situation continue s to remain the same , every call initiated from this app or the other recomended sip phones seems failed
