Theres a reason Jabra bundles this service with their best device. More accurate than the other 4 apps I've tried setup is simple as any subscription service Ive seen, should only improve over time

Downloaded the application.. Tried to sign up because my jabra freeway comes with a year of service. Can't even sign up the request times out... You get one shot to get someone's business and you just lost mine. Get something to monitor your transactions and tell you that your app is broken

Looks like a great app unfortunately can't sign in and I think you should fix it. Other people are having problems

Very poor app have never been able to connect phone (HTC ONE) to this app after several weeks of trying Don't waist your money on this app they even double billed my credit card. Stay away

Can't login into app but can online. Tech support says app is down and I have a 1 yr free subscription upon activation. App hasn't been updated in 2 yrs. Should tell you something. Love my Jabra freeway BT device though.

I have voice assist installed on my S4. But cannot signup "cannot connect to server" please try again. I tried it on wifi and LTE no luck??? Help please?

Got a new Jabar Freeway that had a year of this service. Register online but there is no way to login from the app.

Not as easy to setup as they would lead you to believe. Doesn't work on my smart phone and I finally gave up on it as an app. Customer support is thin.

Don't download this. If you attempt to deleate yourself all you'll get is error 404 while this program has all your contacts and no contact numbers are active.

Is there something easy then this 1 that actually works Had I put 1 star just so I can send this message

I've used Voice Assist for a long time and it really works! Fast voice dialing, don't have to hang up to make next call, never have to scroll address book to look up numbers, also works on home and business phone, not just cell.

I'm having a problem synching my contacts. I tried calling customer service for over a week but wait times were over 20 minutes. Finally got through today and the rep said she'd call me back but never did.

I am a new user and required help in set up. She was prompt patient and knowledgeable.

Good intentions, but it should specify before you sign up and go through the whole process that you actually have to dial a voice assist number to use the commands. It'll assign you a number and send the texts from that, not your phone's number. There are small technical errors that made signing up a pain. :/

Download this app, not bad at all for free, does what it says!

This thing is incredible I totally love it Had a little difficulty setting it up at first But after visiting the voice assist website I'm putting in all my correct information It's working just as they said it would I'm telling all my friends about it

Wow, this app. installed very quickly and easy. I have been using it all day, and really like it. I used the app. information on the phone to learn how to use the app. better, and answer any questions. I used it in the car today while traveling for about two hours, and it really worked well. I really liked having my E-mail read to me, and then being able to reply. Love this app.

The speech recognition on VoiceAssist is far more advanced than any other! Every person in your family should have this on their phone. Ive tried the other apps, too much fumbling around repeating, usually the commands are innaccurate.

App did not work, telephone support said app is new for Android and they can not help. Supervisor would call me back since he is only one who knows the app and of course he never called or emailed. The app is suppose to free with ad support but is is not it is a trial version, contacts would not sync and could not get app to do anything.

When I signed up they sent me several emails containing password in it plain as day. As an IT Professional for 25 years, I know any 7 year old with a computer can get your password out of an email.

I'm a new customer and called in for support. Both Carol and Ace were great, however, VA app is broken on Android 4.3 (force closes). Ace escalated to the development team. Couldn't sync contacts and had to do the manual method. Text send/receive has been down for over 24 hours. I'm glad I'm under the 1 year promo program, because if I were paying for this service, I would be very upset. 42 years in the IT business and needed a solution because S-Voice on my Samsung Note 3 is terrible and unfortunately S-Voice is proprietary on this phone. Turned to VA to provide a solution through my Jabra Freeway device. Hoping they will fix there issues and get better. Will give a better rating once I feel the service is stable and functional. Just dropped another star on this product. It's now been 48 hours with no solution. Was told yesterday afternoon that this "Texting" feature is BETA! What's with that? I don't see that in the sales/marketing material.

Works. Sometimes a bit of feedback using the freeway and radio option, but it works as advertised. Does however use air time, which for me is no problem as work pays it.

Pretty good recognition of contact names. Does not completely verify who is being called. It makes the call through its own phone number. You can't see who you are talking to. Does not recognize the wait/pause dialing codes so you can't send an extension through an automated phone system. Can't use it.

Saved my life a few times already while driving and sending txts and emails. Not perfect but works well most of the time. Recognition is excellent, new releases should improve functionality.

Like to try it with my Jabra Freeway, but this app keep Crashing on Contacts Sync, can developer fix this!
