Vodafone Start

It's a disgrace. Upon insertion of SIM-card your app reset my new phone that I just finished setting up. Also Itt offers outdated versions of apps. Get your stuff together Vodafone!

Overall a good app but would be nice if you could apply a top up voucher via the app rather than spend 10 min on phone! If you dont have mobile data the app is usless as you occasionally have to turn off wifi and connect to app over data. App will not work even on wifi until you do this.

Useless and annoying. No idea how it got installed. Opened it and then had a blocked notification to resume the app. Uninstalled it immediately.

Ok in monitering data usage, but use it for anything else like trying to get to vodafone online services and you would be risking throwing your phone at a wall.... and not actually sure of the benefits....

Ok for checking data remaining and quick check of bills, but I shouldn't have to set up the pin again when it updates. Other than that I don't use it much.

I set up my vodaphone app months ago. When I want to use it I am told to set it up again. I have spent at least 6 sessions with your it people and I STILL cannot sign in with my pin code. I do t need any additional services as I have Sky Q. I don't need a digital wallet. Just my pin code sorted.

Can keep track of usage ensuring I don't over spend. Can also view fraudulent transactions.

I hate it when service providers ram useless apps down our throats! Cannot remove app as don't need it!

How can I remove this app. Doesn't update properly . errors and more errors.can someone contact me to remove this app .

It's not a bad service, great network, just fed up of reseting the pin code as they keep up dating it and now I can't login

I only use this app to check my data use and I'm never sure if I can trust it completely but it's very easy to use.

Not sure what the point of the app is as Google and Apple already have better apps for the same thing

Spamware. Useless and superfluous features that the phone can already do. Intrusive and uncontrollable notifications. Intentionally difficult to remove.

This app used to work well but unfortunately it's playing up now
