Vodafone Wallet

5 months, a full Android update and my system is still not supported, although I'm using the latest version of Android 7.0 on a supported device (Huawei P9 Lite) as certified on the Vodafone Wallet website.

Says it's not compatible with my Moto g5 plus. Vodafone is not adding support for any phones since summer 2017.

3 months and still haven't found a solution for my issue with changing SIM cards !

Awesome app! I use it always and even without internet connection i can make transactions! Few times it save my day when i go shopping and realise just at cash register that i don't have my wallet! Clumsy me but this is great! Any ticket and loyality card you can connect as well <3

It doesn't support foreign cards, poor interface, missing finger print authentication instead of PIN. A lot to develop yet..

Technical support are worse than useless. For the last 5 months I have not been able to use the app to pay, view transactions or add cards. Error message says contact Customer Service. I did that and I'm still waiting for it to be fixed despite me calling to remind them every week. Apparently my issue is being treated as a priority, what a joke. When it did work (a long time ago) it was great. Further update- wrote to me saying its now working. Since then my phone has been wiped so I did a fresh install. App got stuck at 99 when setting up. Waited 1 hour and uninstalled. Update. Had to reset my phone again and since then it has worked so I'm back to loving it. Still haven't changed my opinion on customer support

Awful, tech support says you a constant 4g signal, for 24 hours. Which on Vodafone is impossible with the quality of their coverage.

Never works. Always says try again later.

Rubbish, doesn't work and makes you look an idiot in a shop.

Unable to delete expired card

Cannot add PayPal account or credit cards to app. Support were meant to come back to me but still waiting. A payment system that you cannot add payment channels to, brilliant!! 6 weeks later and tech support have not come back to me. Latest version does not work. Rubbish!

This app is hard to upload or remove cards. You cant remove cards that won't up load. They tell you to contact your card provider who say it's a Vodafone system fault. I am still waiting over 8 months for technical support. They keep saying that they will resolve it. Good job I am not holding my breath.

Haven't used it for long but looks promising. Just added my PayPal that's linked to my bank account. Now the only thing i'm missing is logging in to the app with Fingerprint instead of PIN. If you could add that it'd be way better.

Great idea, and was great at first, but after a while became very unreliable, crashes and says to contact wallet customer services and they have no clue?! They say normal customer services will help as its my account settings?? Most times wont let me into the app due to wrong pin code when its not the wrong code? I'm going to uninstall once I have all my loyalty card numbers.

What an awful app, tried to set up PayPal and a bank card, within 2 days both blocked and I hadn't even used them. Support is very vague, gone back to original contactless payment method

Works well for me. I've had to submit extra details twice now to enhance my limits and though they have been accepted it would be good to see and keep track of the new limits and how much you've used as per new EU money laundering legislation. Apart from that I like the fact that this app exceeds that of the competitor in that you can add your PayPal account and it works even when the phone is off. Handy if and when your battery runs out. I would like finger print authorisation to be added as well as PIN and better loyalty card integration too. The competitor does this a lot better. Also and finally, I've never been able to load any mobile tickets I have on my phone into the app. It always finds nothing when I have downloaded them unactivated or actived them. And there is a persistent Nectar loyalty card login problem that needs sorting out. I can't login to it at all now.

App voor de tweede keer geprobeerd. In mei en oktober 2017. Werkt nog steeds niet. Kwalijk is dat gewoon door wordt gegaan met het aanprijzen van deze rommel.

Blocked my cards and paypal for no reason. Spent a fortune on fone to customer services to be told every time i ring them that they have fized it and its now working again, just to try and fob you off

This app worked well for a short while after teething problems. Now it cannot be trusted. Payment using this app is liable to be blocked without warning which can be exceedingly annoying and even embarrassing - DONT TRUST IT!

Blocks my debit and credit cards for no obvious reason, plus lots of unknown errors occurring when trying to use my nectar card through it

Amazing app, the only one to pay in Germany with NFC. Only missing for the Gear watch!

Was using fine then decided to block my cards and are making me jump through hoops to get it back up and working.

Unreliable...rarely accepts payments and NFC SIM card never works...

Very helpful. Use it daily for digital payment. Loyalty cards and tickets are also stored.

Doesn't open anymore. Can't access cards I added to it. Update 01.10.17 still doesn't work.

Great idea, abysmal support. Card has been blocked in the app for over a month. No one has any clue why or when it might work. Vodafone customer relations utterly useless - don't even know what the wallet is...

good app but been locked out for months due to an incorrect passkey being entered. technical support are terrible. phoned numerous times but to no avail

Rubbish. So far I have not been able to access it. I just get a C2320 error message. Support is abysmal. Two separate calls, nearly an hour hanging on and then the tech person cut me off. Suggest you don't bother to try unless you are a real glutton for punishment.

After new NFC+ sim card installed in my S8, wallet will not synchronize with my cards and paypal! In short now app is useless.... And as stated before, wallet support has no clue....

After an update all is working well and no longer take my wallet with me.As it is mentioned it does work even when the phone is off.

Claims my phone does not have NFC. PayPal, ING, snsbank all have no issues with reading my phone's NFC but Vodafone can't? (My Vodafone Sim has the NFC+ logo and text as well)

Could have better support for banking but been working well. History of purchases is great to keep an eye on spending.
