Can't login - it used to have a skip password option so that you could enter the password on the webpage. That would accept the very same password that it now says is invalid. Don't you guys test your app before releasing it??? Ffs!!!
Oh my what a rubbish update now I must put in my password twice. Gone from bad to worse
After update it's all gone down hill. Can't re-set counter or read a SMS
Have just joined with vodaphone home internet want to watch how many gbs im using etc but bloody cant cos I cant get into this app not happy vodaphone
Where's the skip button on the web application tab can it be brought back as quickly as possible please?
Cant get to the web interface anymore after the update. Please fix this.
Its a good app ..monitoring your data usage ...notifying you when the router runs out battery .

I cannot get into my account to access the necessary info wrt my data nor can I log into the account.
Since the last upgrade I cannot log in. Admin password not accepted. Cannot reset usage either

Updating this app was the biggest mistake, can't log in now.
Does not allow to enter admin section. Constantly ask for password and loop

Why Vodacom, why?
Vodafone in total SUCK big time, insufficient site. Can not get proper firm update for R212z router(their own product) on their site. UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE TO USE THIS APP TO ACCESS MY ROUTER. Nothing good to say about Vodafone!!! One thing, I WILL NOT GO FOR A VODAFONE ROUTER AGAIN!
100% better than the EE app, which forced us to update, then didn't work. Told them to fix it or I'd leave ... and here I am. This works perfectly, tells me how much data I've used and it's easy to tweak settings in the mifi router ... essential to drop to 3g here when it's busy because 4g gets bogged down to a standstill.
Was forced to use this horrible app that needs camera privileges for whatever absurd reason, because they lock you out of your router if you're not using this app. A very unnecessary invasive cancer and a bad business decision that is further ruining user experience 0/10
It's ok. The administrator password is "admin" for those who don't know. Your wifi key at the back inside your router is your password for connecting for the first time, others can't just connect to your device. My problem is that all of a sudden it keeps asking for the pin again, maybe I accidentally pressed the stupid reset button- I don't know why the router even has this!
Shows how much data I have ever used. Can't reset the counter on day 1 as it asks for an admin password which I never set and was never given. Called the voda helpline many times incl talking with a supervisor and emailing him but they are not willing or able to help. Just useless.
This will be the reason why I end up in hell!!!!! Frustration, disgusting, demotivated, and I can go on and on and on. Going to uninstall this crap, and all I can say is PLEASE WAKE UP AND GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!
Pathetic. I got this router from my daughter. She can't remember her password. Why don't you have an option where you can change the password if you have forgotten it? That is pathetic
I have a 3gig cap and the app says i have used 1.44gig with 822mb remaining. This app is faulty and useless because the two amounts don't add up
Every time I tap on a link I'm prompted for a password. As I type the password the app proceeds to try and login which brings me back to the home screen. I can't access the Web app at all which is highly frustrating.
Cant see the menu or anything it wants LAN DOMAIN and password everytime but wen i enter them it doesnt work.this app is useless now any person can connect to my router without password
The app always has bugs, not giving accurate data usage; increasing the number only and doesn't connect to the data link all the time. Your recent update is the worst and makes the app more worse to be used.
Since the update on 30.05.2017 the "skip" on Web Application was removed. Now I cant reset the counter, check my emails etc. Can Vodacom give an answer to this
This app has been rendered useless since it was updated. Waste of time can't login. Typical of Vodafone with lack of response fixing the problem
The only Vodacom app that worked. Then you get an update now it doesn't work... can't reset!!! Surprise surprise! Can't wait to move to Neotel in 2 months!! Counting the days!!
I googled this and the password is ADMIN, can you believe it and yes it works, I just managed to get in after calls to vodacom etc etc etc
