It has no option to change password. I'm stuck with a generic coode to log in with, which I never remember. Please create an option to update or change password.

It was perfect as it was. I don't know what you changed (apart from that new horrible interfaz -sorry but I don't like it at all) but it's not doing what it's supposed to be doing. It's not easier to use and it's giving me lots of probs when it comes to update the new files. It takes HOURS to upload 4pics (& I have more than 20gb free on Dropbox so it's not a matter of storage) and it shows all the time "uploading..." but it's not true. It doesn't. Please go back to earlier disposition.

Latest version no longer works. Just displays a meaningless screen on which only the about button works.

It's not working now. It doesn't let me back up my contacts now with the new layout. Fix it, please !

Terrible, horrible bloatware than Vodacom forces on you on your new phone! If you want backup software that actually works and is free and 10 million billion times better, then go download Dropbox.

Can't sync Backup+ with my existing Dropbox account. It says my dropbox account is not configured properly. Don't know how this is when I use it all the time!!

Backup software that doesn't back up your data, neither via WiFi nor cellular data connection! What a waste of resources!

Is there no better way to backup your nrs than with this nonsens

Redundant/inferior/obsolete when compared to Dropbox. Just get Dropbox and skip the "middle man". Useless app. I have an M4 Aqua (single SIM) which is plagued by low memory so this crapware is seriously not welcome when every bit of memory counts

The free dropbox space is a lie. The app itself looks awful and doesn't backup anything that android doesn't already do for free.

Me da fallo al registrarme y creo que es porque antes era cliente de ono. Arreglen eso

the offer is only applied to new accounts... so this app has nothing new to offer. It's well design and work as expected. The 25GB is only for new dropbox accounts.

Não oferecem espaço para armazenamento para os backups (a não ser para novos clientes da Dropbox - não é o meu caso) por isso torna-se uma solução de backups inútil.
