Ads constantly pop up during playback over and over again. Not even 2 seconds of down time between them which makes the app totally useless. Reinstallation does nothing. This was done on jellybean galaxy s3, kitkat s4, s5, htc, and kitkat Xperia z1 to confirm that my phone was not the culprit. I will reinstall if ads are no longer intrusive.

Could anybody confirm if this app works with the Motorola Moto G Verizon Prepaid No-Contract Smartphone (MOTXT1028PP)? Can I wirelessly adb shell to the phone and run mplayer *.mp3 there?

Adds are ridiculous... Even for a free app.

This will work for now until the other apps are fully compatible to the latest Android update. Don't get it unless you're REALLY patient with ads on this one.

Movie (mkv fomate) crashed on some files. It stopped during watching on my SM Galaxy Tab 4. It also cannot play some mp4 files. Audio works great. The design is excellent. I would be happy to give 5 stars should the above problems be fixed.

Please add a feature (Rock Player Lite has) - ability to play URLs list from a file (like txt, m3u...). It is very convenient to download a file with http URIs and play streaming.Thanks in advance.

I am always a supporter of mplayer. It load very quick. It decode very well also

It's not working anymore. Nothing plays: neither local mp3 files, nor URLs not even YouTube videos...it stays loading for ever in all cases.

It doesn't freeze anymore with local files, but playing a stream from a upnp server broke, it just did there, loading.

To listen to YouTube video. Very responsive developer.

It plays my videos very well.

Author pays attention to user's feedback and quickly implements improvements. Great. Deleting playlist and adding URL works. It would be nice if one could give a name to a URL and be able to edit both the name and the same URL once added to a playlist.
