Yesterday i loaded my visacard at 3200 pesos amount of money, i tried getting cash in a bdo atm machine and the process was successful, i withdrawed 1100 pesos. Few hours later from my first withdrawal, i tried withdrawing again in a bdo atm machine, i was shocked coz they said they cannot process my request when i still have 2100 money left in my visa card, so as the other bamk atm, they have the same answer. Atm machine says use your card in your own bank. Where did the the rest of my 3200 pesos cash go?

Good thing the cashier mentioned that they accept ATMs. I opened my app transferred money to my card then *boom* i was able to pay for my items.
