The worst app ever. I lost 3000+ rs using this. They said payment is not completed and ticket cancelled. Then i booked via paytm got confirmed ticket. Then there comes confirmed ticket from this app (even i cancelled ) i lost my money . I cancelled that confirmed ticket which cost me 3200 rs. And then the customer service is also very bad i will give .00001 star for this app

Every single month i book a ticket from this app (as i dont have a choice for the sector i fly) and every single time it gives an error after the payment has been processed. Worst customer service executives in the call centre who are trained NOT to help the passengers. Even after reserving a spicemax seat, i did not get it and I lost my 700 for the same. I was promised that the amount would be credited back into my ac, but as expected its been more than 15days ..after a commitment of 7 working days. Spicejet is so crap that they dont even bother to reply to a passenger's grievances. Thanks spicejet for being such a terrible service offering firm..in this service industry.

It suits to 1980 s not for this era at all... Only INR is being shown Dob starts from today's date and u have to scroll down from today to the date u want by swiping left each month down...

Payment is getting stuck with error of MOBILE_NO can't be alphanumeric. Where am I putting mobile number? Interface with payment gateway issue.

PAYMENT GETTING VERY MUCH DELAYED , MORE THAN 15 MINS CUSTOMER HAS TO WAIT FOR PAYMENT TO GET EXECUTED .

Below average. Gets stuck most of the time. No senior citizen option. Wld be just buffering half the time. Payment gets stuck. Confirmation msg doesn't come all the time

Said it would give 7% discount if you book from mobile app but itz all crap

By far the worst airline in India. Never on schedule. Staff at the airport and in the flight are so rubbish. Same is their app, just basic. The details provided on web are not reflected on app.

Birth date adding is pain... Data for passenger details from web profile is not showing on app.. Pls resolve this for better experience

Don't know what's wrong, its not opening. I uninstalled and reinstalled but Same issue..it's seems some problem with APP.

Falsely deducted money over error payment. This is one of the worst APP of its kind, booking are not made and they deducted money from my a/c over error payment messenge and when lodged a complaint they tells that money would be refunded within 10 day's.

This app sucks! Stay away.
