Terrible app. It's 2016 and a large city like Melbourne is unable to release a visitor information app that doesn't crash constantly, is unable to download latest information and no way to force an update?
Not showing any Content and ugly design. Shame for an official App!
I cannot even open the app let alone view the contents. What a shame!
Fairly shameful that the app looks so much like an iOS port. Come on.
It crashed on Samsung Galaxy S6 edge on launch
If there is zero star......
App not working.
not working
Great but lacks a neat interface
Won't show anything in searches. Cannot type a custom search: the enter button goes to the next line instead of executing the search. Crashes after a few minutes of futility. Totally worthless.
Repeatedly crashes on Marshmallow.
Simply awful. No flow. Not intuitive. Weird suggestions, sending you to Chadstone, for example to go shopping. When you've just arrived in Melbourne. Why? Did they pay for the app? Uninstall.
Thanks for fixing the Lollipop issues.
Crashes every time. Android 5, Nexus 5.
Stop working after latest update
I just get the 'Unfortunately , Melbourne has stopped' message. Imagine if that was really true....
Reinstalling does not fix
Used to work, but latest update crashes on Android 5 on Nexus 5. No change after uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
Brilliant! Very useful and easy to use! Fajuiltl
Other apps have more info and these offers are unusable so whats the point of having them on the app.
Not particularly comprehensive compared to the website. Pretty pitiful for shopping suggestions - only 4 boutique stores/precincts exist in Melbourne apparently. Used a list written from searching the internet for my recent trip.

First restaurant I searched for, Bluestone, was not included. Restaurant list looks a little short - what is the criteria for inclusion? Needs work to be really useful.
The app is useful for Melbourne visitors. It doesn't have offline maps, the list of restaurants is pretty limited, and the navigation is confusing - you have to use the app's "back" button, instead the one on your phone. I think that the TripAdvisor offline app for MEL is much better right now
Great app for getting around in Melbourne. Also includes offers for some attractions.
Great but lacks a neat interface
Juststarted using it!

Opened for a few secs then shut down. Tried 4x. In the short time of opening before closing The Find, Explore, Search screens provided no user info.
