This app worked perfectly the first two times I tried to use it. That was almost a year ago. It has not worked since. I work about about a mile from Sticks on Pantops, and it was great to order by my phone and have the trip take me 10 minutes tops. Now, what used to be a 10 min trip takes closer to 30-45 minutes. because that place is always packed at lunch. I thought the point of this app was the convenience factor for folks like me who need to get in and out of there quickly? Fail, Sticks. Huge fail.

I have tried this app dozens of times over the last year, with one single successful attempt. I have gotten a variety of different error messages when trying to place my order. Maybe it's because I have an Android, but this app simply doesn't work.

I just installed this several minutes ago. Every time I try to select a location it crashes and asks to send report. Removing. Also wondering why it needs access to my photos and files.

Just terrible. The navigation doesn't work right. When you want to check out, it presents you with a last of pick up times, then says each one is invalid (which requires you to go through the entire checkout process to select another one). And there is no way to delete something from your cart other than clearing it and staying over. Just terrible.
