- Beeldanimatie met uitleg over de systolische en diastolische bloeddruk.
- Hulpmiddeltjes en geheugensteuntjes om te voorkomen dat u uw medicatie vergeet te nemen.
- Videofilmpjes om u beter te leren omgaan met stress.
Deze app is bedoeld voor patiënten met hypertensie en hun omgeving.
