Highly recommend this simple lwp which depicts your choice of quotations against automatically changing plain colored backgrounds. Settings include one list (with authors and quotation categories) from which you can select quotations. You then set the position of quotes on the wallpaper (top, center or bottom) as well as your font size and color. Finally, choose your timing interval - in seconds. The wallpaper will update automatically whenever you return to your home screen and, if this is satisfactory, set a very long interval. If you want more frequent changes, set a lower number. For those who would also like scenic backgrounds, I highly recommend "WisePaper" by Signal Hill, or QHD "Quotograph" which also enables you to create your own quotes wallpaper. I use both plain and scenic backgrounds depending on my mood, and appreciate that this lwp now gives me this option!

I get a new wallpaper every time I come back to the home screen and every time I unlock my phone. It's perfect, it doesn't get old, which is what I like! Tons of quotes categories to choose from and personalize to kind of quotes I like. All in all, awesome!
