Battery Calibration

But could you please add a button where I could click to see what I was supposed to do. I forgot if I was supposed to drain the battery before I charge it for the first time after calibrating my battery or not. Tried looking here if you had any screenshot, well. Just decided to drain my batt then I'll charge it.

Really works. Some people are too stupid or has some kind of mental retard! Just read the damn instructions and follow the steps, you will see the results. My battery life increased about 30% after using the app. Awesome work guys!

I didn't read the instructions, I charged my phone all night still on the 1% I left it with in the morning, no big deal my auto shutdown is turned off, used advanced battery calibration to restore the file, charged it to 100 and used it will post results later

you say after the first step .. i need to unplug my battery i dont understand that ! did you mean turn off the phone ? .. i do this, plug the charger and whait tell my battery reach 100% then i press the button then i turn off the phone and turn it on again then i unplug the charger. is this the correct steps ? . Please reply . thank you

This app had a profound effect on my Nexus 4, will soon see if it can do the same for my G3 (both are on Lollipop and the Nexus 4 had horrible battery life, the G3 has been mediocre so hopefully it can help that one too)

It does not work as described. The file /data/system/batterystats.bin stores battery usage stats shown in settings (which app used how many % and so on). Wiping it has no effect on actual battery life or even on the battery level % value displayed on the status bar. Btw, it is wiped by the system every time the battery is nearly fully charged.

Not sure how this app helps big time. My battery is bad I know, resetting the stats will help how? Whatever it does, it does NOT improve battery as it claims to do - that's misleading!

After using the app as folloewed, my charge indicator is totally screwed... The battery can't be charged to a 100%... the indicator says that it's on 30%+- after 5 minutes of charging time... It goes from a full charge(99%) to 0 in under half a days usage with Data, WiFi or any funky business going on... Well some times it's a bet with these apps.

My phone had a terrible heating problem. It would heat upto 45°C within 20minutes of usage. The problem existed both when it was on stock sony ROM and when i had a custom ROM flashed. The only solution was to change to ART runtime. This prevented me from using Xposed modules. But somehow battery calibration helped and the phone temperature has not gone beyond 37°C on dalvik runtime even after 4 hours of continous usage with 3g data enabled. Thanks for this awesome app.

My phone shut down at 17% previously. After I used this app to calibrate my phone, it backs to normal and when my battery drops to 2%, it lasts longer time to turn off. Simply amazing! It works for unrooted phone.

I just got it and for the past 10 minutes not a single percent has come down. I got Cm12 on my phone and for some reason the battery life was really bad, this helps a lot! I would recommend to anyone that has the same issue.

This app saved my money and power. I used as it said. And now my battery is draining as it should. Before it drops from 100% to 82% in ten minutes only after charging.

1) If your phone's not "rooted", don't DL nor install. 2) Make sure your battery's fully charge before you calibrate. 3) Unplug battery without turning off your phone. 4) Plug in your battery back and turn on your phone. 5) Drain your battery normally. 6) Charge your battery after it shuts down.

Calibration of battery stats is a mythical creature that somehow spawned a million dumb apps on the playstore, first off, battery life is directly related to hardware, no amount of deleting a file will make it any better. Pro tip, Google "how to properly condition a rechargeable battery" and make sure you use the method for your type of battery

There's nothing more the dev can do about this app. Its meant to delete the batterystats.bin file and it does. I dont find any thing wrong. Works perfect on my spice mi436

The whole program write-up is a complete work of fiction designed to suck people into watching the adverts. The BATTERYSTATS BIN file mentioned does nothing more than store data for programs using the battery. There is no program on planet earth that can "calibrate" a battery, not one. Recalibration is "hard" wired into every device and automatic if you simply run the battery untill it's flat, it's why these types of programs tell you to fully discharge at some stage. This one is as repugnant than the rest, it tells you to root the device which kills the warrenty. 500,000 people, all taken in by a Google backed con trick. Anyone feel like a prize chump?

After installing a custom rom on my s5 battry life highly reduced but this app fixed my problem just fine. Don't download it when you dont know what it does. Thanks dev

To users: After modifying my htc m7 to lollipop 5.02, and experimental kernel my battery was really acting up. It used to run 4 days then hardly 1 full day and worst of all it would suddenly die a dvd shut off even if meter says 40%**** This app fixed it.. But be sure to run at least 2 to 3 full charge (while off) and discharge (all the way to zero) cycles. To Developer: Why not just run single script so wipe batt-bin upon clean reboot. It takes away the nececcity to have an extra app for "one purpose" by using it as a background service integrated into the settings menu. And users do not need to be concerned with "when to reboot" - when FULL or when EMPTY.. The script will do it all. I code for Xposed and HTC ROMs, hook it up it's in my settings no standalone. Thanks!

This app is the best out there in the market. I have tried other fancy looking, high rated apps but had to come back to this one again. This gets the job done, everytime. I used this app for the first time on Redmi 1s when after flashing several Roms, it's battery started draining completely in like 4-5 hours. It easily restored battery backup to 13-15h with 3-4h screen on time, which is very good for 2year old phone with 2000mAh battery. I was facing similar issue with my Zuk Z1 (4100mAh) when all of sudden it's battery backup reduced to 6-7h. Tried couple of other apps but that didn't improve the situation. Then i used this app again, and by calibrating just once, my battery has crossed 15h mark with 60% juice still left.. Really satisfied with this app. Don't go by rating, use and see the results for yourself.

This has done nothing at all to help my battery life. I installed it with no problems a few days ago and I see no difference at all.

It made me reset my phone and lose all my apps and files I thought this might happen but my phone was rooted and I vast used a lot more riskier apps than that :0

After I got up I have 52% of battery. Then I charged it until full and followed the instruction. After that, I use my phone normally with 40% of brightness, turn off everything but only WiFi on. And then play facebook 80%, chart on messenger15%, watch youtube 5% in 92 minutes. I has 70% of battery remained. I used to get 3h 5mn screen on time but now I get 5h 18mn. Another great thing is it increase my battery even I didn't charge 2% in 30mn when screen off. I don't know why. My phone is LG G3 run cm12.1.

I messed up my moto g by restoring an image on cwm when I only had 40% battery. Then phone would shut down when it had good battery life and seem bricked for a while, no fastboot etc. Left on charge for ages, found this app, installed it, ran it and followed simple instructions to reboot and run the battery down naturally. Now everything is running fine.

Works great with stock and custom ROMs, people who say it doesn't work must not know how to use this correctly or doesn't have a properly rooted device. If this is you try rerooting and installing superuser and update busybox. Then charge to 100%, reboot phone and disconnect the charger after completely rebooted into android. Us as normal with no over/under clocking and drain to 0% and charge your phone to 100% while its off. Profit.

At first my battery dropped 16% in 60-90 minutes probably because of heavy use, at 8 hours battery was at 50%, at 18 hours battery was at 4%. A few minutes later it went to 2% and the OS did an auto shutdown. This app seems to help & work. Previously my battery would go to 10% after 8-9 hours. It took 3-4 hours to charge to 100% using a 5 volt 1.8 amp charger for a 3,000 mAh battery for an LG G3 D850 with Lollipop 5.0.1. Thanks Miroslav for an app that should be included by Google in the Android OS.

I abode by the instructions and even freaking completely drained the battery to 0%....still it loses power on standby and battery still consumes faster....WTF???

Used to work, at least it seemed to.. While using it once again suddenly after rebooting as said by the app. My phone was reverted back to factory reset condition. All apps and stuff in internal memory, gone. Good thing I had a recent nandroid backup.

It work properly on asus zenfone 5 kitkat..now my battery not drain so fast..and my changer also changing when i use my phone..thumb up.5star for u guy!

Was thinking of buying a new battery for my LG G3 until i came across this wonderful app...easy intsructions and does not use up the RAM unlike most battery saving apps...This app is simply amazing...thumbs up for the team who put effort in making this app. Thanks

My vattery would die and only last about 3hrs. I installed this and now my battery last longer than 8 hours. Also goes great wit purify app

My phone would always die at 10% but after using this calibration it fixed the problem. This app isn't supposed to drastically improve battery performance, it's to fix problems like these and basically "reset" your battery

Very simple design and nice user interface. Does what it should do, resets your Battery stats. Get this app if your battery stats have gone haywire after flashing a new rom.

Ever since I calibrated my battery, my battery life has gotten worse..

This app is very useful. I recommend that this app should be built in to custom roms. My battery was 50% and it accidentally shutdown. I calibrated it and found out that the battery was 10%.
